  1. I think Bene is solid but wanna see Dockery and that Byndom kid this second half. Same with King and Brown.
  2. I'd like to see how these WRs are. That may come after we cut Blanchard. Bring in Webb. 3rd string talk ftfw
  3. For a CB, it's not good when the commentary is constantly bringing you up no matter how "chippy" you are.
  4. Quick assessment: Short looks crazy good, Addison, and Star look strong. Ealy is showing some force with his upper body work. Norman still seems like Norman. Our run blocking is still puzzling. Bell has been decent and Chandler seems good.
  5. 1st drive of preseaosn is a warm up drive for warm up games.
  6. Jason Avant, he's a wonderful catcher of balls...oh Jason Avaant; he's really good at what he does
  7. Barner looks slightly more beefed up this year. Hopefully he can get his return game together because that makes him more of a keepable asset.
  8. I really feel B. Williams is going to be a contributor this season. Good to hear about Bersin and Brown. Chandler and Turner make me feel comfortable at those positions. RT seems to be the real weak spot on our line.
  9. Cool news: http://www.independent.co.uk/arts-entertainment/tv/news/game-of-thrones-season-5-new-characters-announced-at-comiccon-9630403.html Confirmed at Comicon by GRRM: Doran Martell Obara Sand *Still no word on anyone playing Arianne. Interesting.
  10. My big picture theory: Anyone find it interesting the woman who actually birthed the dragon riders who conquered Westeros was actually a Velaryon? Aegon the Conquerer's mother was Valaena Velaryon (he wasn't an incest child)...she in fact birthed all 3 dragon riders (him & his sisters)...even his Master of Ships-->>you've got Daemon Velaryon. So, my crackpot idea is that this new Velaryan mo-fo Aurane Waters is a Blackfyre (as many suspect) of Targ-Vel descent. Rather than being some self-proclaimed ruler born of incest, he's part of an important lineage that can truly tame and ride the dragons. Not to mention he has a badass warship fleet. He's the guy who could actually tie this all together. ----Varys is the guy behind this whole strategy as well. I mean, Aurane could get on Aegon's side, Dany would probably fall for him, he supported Stannis so is in good terms up north. The Lannisters are falling apart and the only remaining legit power grabbers in the way are the Tyrells, Manderlys, and Boltons. HE AIN'T NO PIRATE! I think he is part of the one and only Patchface-prophecies with the seahorse/merman stuff---House Valryon has a Seahorse sigil, they trace back arguably just as much to Old Valyria as the Targaryens not to mention as I said the 3 most famous dragon riders who invaded Westeros were Velaryon-Targaryens, not Targaryen-Targaryens. My theory: Aurane Waters will defeat the major villain Euron Greyjoy at Sea (Euron kills Victarion), he gets the dragon horn, Aegon/Dany/Jon will ride to defeat the Wights, and Stannis will die a heroic death by ultimately capping Mel somehow after taking care of the Boltons. Flash-forward....Westeros is more of a republic without an Iron Throne having Rickon Stark and Shireen Baratheon as the couple in charge. Then out of nowhere--Bran wargs into the Ice Dragon hidden beneath the Wall and takes over the realm. Booyah! Ser Barristan remains a badass and alive. The end.
  11. Note: spoilers in the link from ADWD; comments may be spoiler-ish A really cool theory I like (Don't know if it's been posted): http://comeonhitme.wordpress.com/2013/07/31/game-of-thrones-jon-snow-will-lead-the-army-of-white-walkers-against-daenerys-targaryen-and-her-dragons/ Subjects: AA, APTWP, Whitewalkers, Jon, Bloodraven, Dany, Targaryens I think a common perception is of course Dany and Jon are the focal points...one representing Ice and the other Fire in a protagonist light. Also, there are a ton of theories surrounding R+L=J, and honestly I think it's true. Where the potential surprise lies is ahead is after knowing this and what it truly means for Jon moving forward. He has the true blood to awaken the dragons (Rhaegar's lineage) on one side and the blood line to the first men and magical northern powers (Starks). He has the ability to forge these together through a sacrifice and resurrection of sorts...it will give birth to the missing dragons of those 5. The final battle will be Jon potential leading the WWs again Dany's dragons and army. The Bloodraven's potential agenda has a lot of incite into certain implications: A lot in there to digest but I think it ties things well.
