  1. I'm just indifferent at this point. If he somehow ends back up here, well holy sh*t but we proved we can still be a dominant D without him and I just don't see that happening. Plus, we've still got a great foundation. I can see DG stretching out CJ's contract with Ealy developing further along next season. Add another draftee plus KK-Star, and our strong rotational speed guy in Addison, and we're in fine shape. I'm really interested in seeing what type of value is placed on him now. I'm thinking 7-10 mil/year.
  2. Derek Newton actually came into his own in Houston last year and he's only 27. He's the type I'd expect us to take a stab at. Don't really like any of the WRs mentioned.
  3. A popular fan theory has been shot down dealing with Coldhands: http://www.reddit.com/r/asoiaf/comments/2rtcaa/i_went_to_the_cushing_library_and_went_through/
  4. If you don't have to pay and can go out of state, take full advantage of it. It's what I did. If you're gonna be getting loans, like others have said stay in-state unless it's a can't miss opportunity or you're really going somewhere you feel compelled to go. A Sunday night in old town is like a Friday night at a normal state school so I guess there's that.
  5. I actually think they're the most accurate in Mid-Jan. It's after the college season settles but not too far into the pre-draft process that clouds a lot of judgement from the media's perspective.
  6. I expect BPA as well and looking at the big boards, it could end up being an OLB or DE. Wouldn't be mad either. But because of the possibility of OTs starting to fall because of recent years, the BPA could very well end up an OT.
  7. Yeah I'm wondering this as well...even though I'm likely getting none of it haha.
  8. Hey Ron, You still don't have me...only show up when your backs against the wall. -A job
  9. I had Jonas Gray on the bench in both of my leagues which cost me both games. :/
  10. I'm really liking that mostly everyone is keeping up. Great season so far.
  11. I caught that one the other day too. Sounds crazy. I need to ****** up AWOIAF this week! So pumped. Apparently the term "s n a t c h" is prohibited haha.
  12. Tom Brady is on the block. Send me trade offers biatches
  13. I'm on a skid. Brady and Philly on the bench with Peyton and NE D in screwed me up!
  14. -Bolt-On is crazy as hell but I don't actually believe it. -The alchemist, Jagen, and Daario are all the same person....or Daario is Euron. Those are the only two Daario theories I like from what I've seen. -The world wide weirwood My favorite batsh*t crazy one: -Howland Reed permanently warged into Arthur Dayne at the ToJ and that's why he stays at Greywater Watch. -Ned's trip to Starfall interests the hell outta me. Winterfell and Starfall, Stark and Dayne...for some reason I think there's a connection.
  15. I didn't say what it means. I'm just drawing a parallel because it's fitting that a "bastard" sword is held by a "bastard" northerner.
  16. Longclaw is a bastard sword so maybe when he discovers he's really not a bastard is when he'll somehow come across Oathkeeper. I think Mel may seek out the BwB and could use it to bring Jon back or something along those lines. That'd be a cool possibility although I prefer a Bloodraven/Bran/Reed intervention over Mel.
  17. Here's another interesting one: According to legend Lightbringer was forged 3 times. Tempered in water 1st, then 2nd in a lion, and then in the heart of Nissa Nissa. Ice has been through the water bit and Tywin melted and reforged 2 of them from Ned's ice with new red jewels. If it's reforged again, it would have a reddish hue due to the jewels. Ice becomes Fire. The ASoIAF's title is about the Valryian steel blade. Right now, Tommen has Widow's Wail and very interestingly--Brienne has Oathkeeper who's caught up with the BwB who are connected to Melissandre who I think will realize it's Valyrian and take it to Jon. Melissandre will essentially be Jon's Nissa Nissa.
  18. I've been looking into the D&E Novellas and seeing how it is relating to ASOIAF and I gotta say there is one theory I found that intrigues the hell outta me: New tinfoil hat--Howland Reed is the grandson of Duncan the Small & Jenny...so has Targ & CoF blood http://asoiaf.westeros.org/index.php/topic/96492-a-dragonfly-among-the-reeds-is-howland-reed-the-grandson-of-duncan-the-small/ Why it interests me is because Howland has crazy abilities (inferred) and his simple act of glaring at his foes or the beauties at the Harrenhal tourney spurred literally the ENITRE ASOIAF story. It brought Brandon-Ashara together and Rhaegar-Lyanna together and he knew what he was doing because it allowed for things to fall as they did.
  19. Ha though I don't think it would've mattered bc Brady and NE defense combined got me -1 points.
  20. Damn Charles destroyed me....and the Broncos being on a bye week. Good game
  21. haha yea I know it from this unaired Will Ferrell SNL sketch
