  1. Boy I cannot wait until we get at the least a bland yet competent staff again. Oh and a QB, one of those would be cool.
  2. Ding ding ding. These coaches thought we had playoff potential lol. Coming on strong year 3, and a nooppppppe
  3. Nah, I don't want to even find it honestly. It's all just verbal diarrhea.
  4. And we never hear the ones who actually matter support him or ever really see the direct interaction. Can't tell you if I've ever even seen CMC or Chinn talking to Rhule.
  5. Well this interview surely isn't a save-face for colleges to hopefully notice.
  6. This team is better at anticipating fan reaction than anticipating what a defense will show them on the field.
  7. Defending the squad and team "integrity" before the booing even begins. What a charmer.
  8. Awesome post. Don't know where you get the time ha! Something nitpicky that popped out is the line about YGM being too small for an NFL DE. He may play too small, but by no way shape or form is his frame or size too small. Even as 3DL 3-tech. 6'5 280 is fine. His play though has been inconsistent even though he's one of our better run defenders (not saying much)
  9. And we don't have anyone to pair w/Brown that's legit at run defense. YGM is actually pretty good in that respect, Ioaniddis I can't tell yet.
  10. LAC is also doing what Snow wants to do very well. He's just not really finding the rhythm or putting the right groupings out there situationally.
  11. I really don't think there's ever been much of a plan/vision in place of the type of team he wants (hopefully that's wanted/past tense soon). There's also GLARINGLY no type of offense that he's been able to consistently, clearly and concisely describe at any point in time. I think he's truly winging the offense and has thought McCaffrey could just carry things for him. The defense is Snow running 4-3 hybrid looks, 3-3-5, & 3-2-6, but employing each at all the wrong times.
  12. I don't understand what McAdoo is doing with Moore and CMC. It's bewildering how ineffective he's made them. Brady at least had plays built into his rather bland playbook that were tailored to get them space and work with their strengths. If anything, I think Brady may have had the right idea but it was way too simplified and easily figured out. McAdoo just has the wrong idea.
  13. Yikes. Yeah he hasn't shown much. Hasn't single-handedly ruined games but I don't see a mutli-year contract worthy guy. We're looking at Bryce/Stroud (or Levis/VD/McCall/Hall/Ward/etc.) as our next experiment at QB.
  14. Nice perspective. Still firmly on the wipe everything clean but Horn, Chinn and DJ train but good content. Love me some J Stew.
  15. Fox's last season was the worst talent/overall quality, this is the worst experience and coaching hands down. And it's just more depressing for some reason given we're actually trying to win. Fox was a lame duck and that was in effect an intentionally lost season. I'm also not going to pretend I can clearly remember pre-00'ish but my recollection of 2001 wasn't as bad as 2010 for some reason. So yes, this is a low considering this is supposed to be their 3 year and a progressively better team. Putrid.
  16. AZ State is actually quite a realistic one IMO. Probably the first I'd say could have legit momentum so far. Big state school with the money without an elite reputation. Great state for elder's like Snow. I'd say it's a done deal lol
  17. Ding ding ding. If Tepper wants to essentially be the final say of football operations and not have a braintrust under him, then we can't have a coach/silent GM czar like Rhule and he has to find a more complete GM that has higher level capabilities. If Tepper REALLY thinks he's more a Hunt/Lurie savvy owner, then he needs to find his own Decosta/Roseman as an Exec/GM combo, who's his right hand man in all football opps. He can assign his business operation roles however he pleases. I mean, he clearly doesn't want to be as hands-off as Buscotti, but I think it would make his life a whole lot easier to find his own DeCosta. Get that, then that person can guide the HC search, find a guy that will be his somewhat equal like Harbaugh and DeCosta. That's the structure I'd like to see. Not whatever we have with Rhulle acting as essentially a Czar of all Football w/Scott & Dan trying to guide him/struggling to work it out.
  18. Pretty much. How hard is it to turn around a Big 12 program to above average? It basically took 3 recruiting cycles.
  19. RE: Thread title, yes Donald, Aaron Donald will spend most of the time behind our OL whenever we play the Rams next with Baker lying flat.
  20. He's a bit too trigger happy with trades for my taste. Should be a balance of trading and gaining capital and we're just giving away capital and not getting the value from players received in return. Those have been the stingers from Fitt. Unsure how much Rhule directs vs. suggests but I'd prefer a clean wash. Maybe a Dan Morgan promotion.
