Nino - Trocheck - Necas Turbo - KK - Fast Poturalski - Stepan Drury - Noesen Slavin - Bear Skjei - Pesce Smith - TDA Andersen Raanta Injured: Martinook, Chatfield Covid: Aho, Svech, Jarvis, Staal, Lorentz, Cole A lot of flexibility because a ton of those guys can play wing or center, have to think Nino, Necas, Turbo, and Fast will double shift, potentially KK as well.

I think that’s why they sent Pots back. You have to make less than $850K to be eligible. Pots was used as a regular call up but he makes less than $850K so they sent him back down, used what little cap space we have to call up Jack who makes more than $850K and then used the emergency exception on Pots and Noesen who make less than $850K.

Reinforcements are here. Drury, Poturalski, and Noesen are all headed to Raleigh.

If they leave Hayward in then he’ll get 50.

After Christmas the NHL Either needs to bring back the taxi squad or create an LTIR Covid list that allows teams to call up players from the AHL without worrying about cap space.

Seems like we are mostly drafting for potential. Walkes was a no brainer for me… A+ pick. Gaines and Mora are players you select for their potential. It will be interesting to see how they progress.

Looks like we get a bunch of views around here but not so many posts. Hopefully that changes. I know it’s a new game to a lot of people but everyone should feel welcome. I live in Orlando so I’ve been supporting Orlando City since their inception but being from Charlotte I am absolutely pumped for this team.

Agreed, good defenders are hard to find (especially CB’s). Being able to choose from a plot of proven MLS defenders is huge. Those DP slots can be used to enhance the wings. I always tell my high schoolers and club teams that I’d rather win a game 1-0 than 5-2 because it usually indicates that you have a strong spine (LB/RB, CB, CDM, CM) and that you can play a possession based game.

Whatever, this team needs some time to rest up. Fuging Canada needs to get their poo together.
