I have no idea why teams don’t play press man against us every single snap. The route designs by Rhule are so simple that it’s impossible for our WR’s to create separation. I get that our OL can’t hold their blocks long enough to let passing plays develop downfield but you can’t keep calling screens, curls, comebacks, and slants… eventually you have to be willing to try to sling it down the field.

Absolutely don’t want Richardson back but I’d have loved to seen what Navarro could have done with this team. He grew up around the game of football as his father was a college football coach and he’s built his own successful Tennis empire.

If Love plays consistently like this then he’ll have a role in the NBA.

I actually think the majority of the fanbase is going to be from the Latino community. It’s the other ethnic groups that I’m worried about. Anytime there has been an international friendly at BofA the majority of the spectators have been from the Latino community.

You could honestly kind of see the comeback coming. While our defense looked poor the offense was creating tons of scoring chances. We just needed a goalie who could steal a couple of saves and Freddie came in and did that.

Wouldn’t surprise me if this happens. Tepper has already drank the kool-aid, all Matthew has to do now is watch the team die off. He won’t be around to experience the utter decimation of this organization so it’s highly unlikely he cares if his plan works out or not. In Matthews mind, if he acquires Deshaun Watson and the Panthers aren’t somehow a dumpster fire for the next eight years then that’s great. If the Panthers acquire Watson and they are a dumpster fire for the next eight years then that is great as well because in Matthew’s mind he got paid and won’t have be around to have to clean up the mess. The guy is essentially playing Madden and when he’s had enough all he has to do is unplug his console. The only saving grace here is that Watson is unlikely to be willing to waive his no trade clause to play for Matthew. Then again, ol’ Jim Jordan… I mean Matthew Rhule might convince Watson to drink the kool aid as well.

His first two investments given to him by his father went bankrupt… His family helped him tremendously. He’s self made in the same way that all hedge fund managers are… a little bit of luck, a license in bullshitting, and a lot of connections. It’s hard for me to truly define a hedge fund manager as intelligent because they aren’t doctors, they aren’t scientists, they aren’t engineers… they are just driven to make more money than everyone else. I’m not saying that you or I could ever amount to even a fraction of what Tepper has accomplished but I think for a lot of people, hedge funds and investing as an occupation isn’t something that they want to be a part of because of what it stands for… greed and dishonesty.

I’ll forgive Person for all of his stupidity if this hit piece gets Matt fired.

Eh I don’t like that comparison at all. Rivera is adored by his players in a similar way that Dan Campbell is. Rhule on the other hand has his own players giving him the side eye during games. If he truly does have duplicate personalities on and off the football field then that is a huge red flag. Sports at there finite level are supposed to teach life lessons. Rhule on the other hand seems more inclined to just collect a paycheck rather than coach or let alone teach anything. Rivera wasn’t the best coach but his players loved him and you can tell that they still do to this day by the way that they interact with him during reunions and such.

I guess it was blind faith that Matt (he doesn’t deserve the dignity of being addressed by his last name) would work out but I guess the bottom line is that the Panthers as an organization have been incompetent since their inception. The best coach in franchise history has a winning percentage a hair over .500 and if it weren’t for lucking into Cam Newton then we’d be Jacksonville Jaguars of NFC (if we already aren’t). The organization rarely gets anything right on the first attempt, I don’t know why we expected this situation to be any different.

He’s a con artist, plain and simple. He keeps spewing the same rhetoric over and over again, it’s about money and always has been for him. If it was truly about the players and the “process”, then he shouldn’t even need to bring up how much money he is leaving on the table. He’s an egotistical asshat that somehow managed to get David Tepper to blindly follow him like he’s fugging Jim Jones.

This is EXACTLY what he told Temple before leaving to go to Baylor… “This is hard man,” Rhule said back in 2015, via a CBS News affiliate in Philadelphia. “This is really, really hard. People start coming to your door and say hey, ‘I got four million dollars.’ But you know what, I’d rather coach Temple’s kids. I love these kids. I’d rather coach here and coach Temple’s kids then just sell my soul for four million dollars. That is the truth and that’s as honest and open as I can be with you guys.” The guy is a piece of poo. David Tepper deserves whatever the outcome is of this entire situation for being a fugging loon, it’s a shame the fans have to sit through this though.
