Jay Gruden was the Bengals OC for three years, all of which they made the playoff's in. He might not have been a great head coach, but at least he had success as an NFL OC with Andy Dalton. There was a reason he got interviewed for multiple head coaching jobs, turned one down and got the WFT gig. Rivera is a 2x coach of the year and he doesn't done squat with the Redskins either so who knows if he is head coach material or not. Not some dude that is ECU / position coach.

Where Rhule screwed up is drafting him as "a guard", throwing him all training camp at backup RT, then telling everyone his a better guard and practicing there. Then gets tossed him out at LT when guys go down. I mean how many days has he even FULLY practiced at LT (for the Panthers)? Is he a stud LT? Probably not. Should he have been our top backup option at LT and been out there every time Ervin went out, yes. He is/was clearly the best backup option. Draft a stud LT in the draft, move Brady to LG and then find someone, anyone, to fill in at RG. Let Sam play out his contract and draft QB in 2023. IF we don't have a serviceable line in 2022, there is no point in drafting a QB in the 1st.

Is there enough room? Jeez do you even see the picture? That is about twice the size of the parcel the stadium sits on now. One side will be stadium, one will be entertainment district. You are hopeless to argue with. Inglewood CA is NOT a city downtown if you aren't familiar with LA. We don't need dedicated parking for 50,000 cars. We currently have zero. That whole site is a giant parking lot.

Pipe and Foundry won't even change hands for almost two years (middle 2023 at the earliest). Their new plant isn't scheduled for completion until spring 2023. He can't really even ask for stadium money from the city/state until he actually owns the land. Soil remediation alone would take months before anything is even started where those plants are now. We are 8-10 years away from a new stadium being opened. Underground parking takes forever to build (which is almost guaranteed). A master plan like he is preparing for a downtown area is a massive undertaking.

UNCC had to do DNA testing on campus to confirm a student had it. If anyone thinks Starmed/Atrium/etc are DNA testing every positive test, they all crazy. There hasn't been this kind of spread around people who are tested daily (NBA/NFL) since the start that it has to be Omicron. Especially when you aren't hearing about huge spikes in deaths.
