I actually go out of my way to listen to his pressers that Panthers.com puts on YouTube. He is just dripping with charisma and has a very clear vision. It's obvious that the team is following him and trusts that he's showing them a better way. Even watching Dante Jackson talk about overcoming Jaycee Horn's injury has demonstrated how much Dante has matured in the past few seasons and clearly has not only bought into the process but he's benefitting from the process. Lastly, I don't think it can go unmentioned that this starts with Tepper. This man had his own vision and found the right guy to bring in and implement who Tepper wanted the Panthers to become...and I chuckle to myself anytime I think about Rivera in his dwindling days here trying to defend himself and that he's been using analytics for years. Such a breath of fresh air to finally break the status quo of what we've been since our inception.

We don't know anything about this kid and y'all have already made up your minds that he's a head case. What we do know is that Jacksonville is a poo show with Urban Meyer as several reports have already verified how he's treating his own staff and blowing up on them in practice during preseason. So tell me who's the head case? For the sake of this young man's future, I hope a change of scenery is exactly what he needs to shine. I trust Matt Rhule way more than I trust Urban Meyer.
