I really hope the coaches find some way to play CAP and Wegher some time in the remaining games. I think Wegher is the ONLY player on the 53 who has not been active even once this season, but I could be wrong. It's got to be awful sitting out every game and missing being a real part of this amazing season.

AND..... we keep finding NEW ways to win. Just scary. This may have been our first real "complete game", though the game against the Skins wasn't too shabby either.

last shutout was 38-0 win against Giants in 2013, I think. But we had 41-10 blowout of NO late last year, and a blow out of Atlanta last Dec too.

Agree, I don't care about the shut out. Just get through this game with no more injuries. Question, the folks saying Bene is out for the year, I'm assuming that's speculation? I'm not watching, just listening to radio, so couldn't see how bad it was. But he didn't break anything did he?

No sadly, neither CAP nore Wegher are active.

Praying for no injuries this game... Seems like a lot of good players have been hurt in some of the other early games. We've been fortunate with few injuries in recent weeks.

Not quite. The Cardinals can still win #1 seed, so we're still playing for that. Unless Cardinals lose, we need to get to 15-1 or better to clinch #1 seed.

Practically every play right now they're announcing some new team or season record... KK sacks, Ginn TDs, team yards in 1st Q... it just is incredible. I'm in awe (I'm listening to Panthers radio today. Lousy internet right now, can't get Gamepass...)

By the way, earlier this year, during training camp when i was first creating some of my Panthers databases, I happened to compile the stats on our offensive and defensive rankings over time, via PFR. It's very rare that we've had a top 10 ranked offense, at least in terms of year-end stats. We've only had a TOP 5 offense by points scored in two seasons: 1999 and 2011. By contrast, we've had a top 5 D 4 seasons. Our average rankings for the past 20 years: Offense: points = 18 / yards = 20 Defense: points = 14 / yards = 15
