Of course not. Never meant to imply that it was. But I do think it will help our team if we believe in them. Jumping off the bandwagon or checking out because of this injury is the wrong thing to do. Let's watch and see what this team is made of and how they respond to this hard thing. The character JR, Gettleman & Rivera et al have really worked to instill in this team, the type of players they have on the roster, this is when the true grit will show.

Faith is hoping in the promise, even when the evidence is not seen. Hang on Byrdman. Need that faith more than ever.

Wow. Some incredible adversity for the team already this year. I know we've all been so excited and optimistic... but: 1) Coach DeHaven's cancer 2) Ron's brother dying 3) Stephen Hill out for the season (not so devastating for the depth chart, but it still sucks) 4) and now KB out for the season. I can only hope the furnace strengthens this team in a way nothing else can, pulls them together and makes them champions. KB, his family and our coaches and team leaders are in my thoughts and prayers this evening.
