Whatever money they stand to make or not make by rigging games against the Panthers is dwarfed by what would happen when that came out. NFL's credibility would be ruined and they would face innumerable lawsuits. Refs make terrible calls and maybe sometimes they do it on purpose based on their own motivations. They're humans, and if I were a ref I sure as hell would call a biased game. But to think they're acting on league orders is silly.

Cam didn't look that bad. 2 or 3 bad passes, but a lot of drops by the receivers. He pulled it together on the final drive.

The chance of getting hurt on any play is just about the same. Why don't we just take Star out and put Fua in so he doesn't get hurt?

I posted I think in the inactive thread, and people argued with me because Fua "knows the system." I said if Fua is in the game in anything close to a critical situation, Rivera should be left in AZ. Fua was in on the most important defensive play of the game. In fact, he was in on every AZ scoring drive.
