If we sign him then I could definatley get behind a WR corp of KB/Jennings/Strong/Philly/Bersin (assuming Strong falls to us) combine that with Olsen and Stewart and if Oher gets back to form under Matsko, yeaaa buddy!
-
So what kind of contract do you think is reasonable for us and him? Something like 2 year $12 million/$3.5 million guaranteed?

He was just visiting to get advice from Gman on what team he would be the best fit for.

GettleMagic - Son Of A Rich Man.
PanthersUnited replied to propagandamachine's topic in Carolina Panthers
This! I was reading this thinking wait, wouldn't the son of the rich man be the one that would actually go and blow his money on players thinking he can just run back to daddy for a bail out?! What he said makes no sense to me whatsoever -
Todd Gurley to visit with the Panthers
PanthersUnited replied to TylerVagyler's topic in Carolina Panthers
The huddle meltdown that would ensue is reason enough for Gman to draft Gurley in the 1st lol -
Todd Gurley to visit with the Panthers

I hate this year's crop of "1st round" OTs, I would rather role with Oher this year then reach for any of these OTs -
Todd Gurley to visit with the Panthers
PanthersUnited replied to TylerVagyler's topic in Carolina Panthers
I'd take him in the 1st over any of the OT prospects, that's what I think about this year's group of OT prospects. -
Hardy to choose between Cowboys and Bucs
PanthersUnited replied to Jeremy Igo's topic in Carolina Panthers
Jesus the Bucs just never learn do they?! when has adding a big name FA helped them? They have a sickness. They are the degenerate gambler in Vegas that just keeps putting the money in the machine "just one more time! I can feel it!" -
Cornerbacks in the draft & where they stack up
PanthersUnited replied to davos's topic in Carolina Panthers
Kevin Johnson would be a great pick. I could see us taking him, if Norman tears it up and wants a bigger contract than we are willing to pay, I could see Kevin Johnson replacing him and being cheaper and younger -
Eh not feelng it, I'm not a fan of tweeners. Is he a RB? A SS? a OLB?

Holy poo that was terrible! First time I ever saw it because no joke, I would LITERALLY walk out of the room everytime the other team had to punt to us, Bersin was just that bad. No, im not joking or saying thst just to say it. Literally walked out of the room and everytime like clock work

Ok I'm sorry but why does everyone love Dickson so much around here? He had 178 red yds and 1 TD, what about him is so special? Because he's a blocker? I just do not understand what makes him so loved and why it was so imperative to sign him to a three year deal.

CB Teddy Williams Signs With Panthers
PanthersUnited replied to Jeremy Igo's topic in Carolina Panthers
Wanna know what's funny. Before I clicked the forums tab I just saw the partial title of this thread that read "Teddy Williams signs with." And I immediately knew it would have said Panthers as soon as I saw it was a player I have never heard of before, low and behold I was right lol just thought it was funny is all -
Colts run a pass first offense. Hell, even Murray or AP wouldn't produce in that offense because all Luck does is sling it all day
-
No worse than us looking at someone like Jarret Boykin. Atleast T Rich was a top 3 pick and still extremely young and would be very cheap. Why not bring him and see what he could do
-
It's a low risk high reward type deal. We are a very run heavy offense and could be decent depth if he develops, isn't Skipper our RB coach?! He's like really good isn't he? Could do wonders for him.
-
I would take him and see what he could do in camp. 24 year old, 3rd overall pick. Cleveland is a dumpster fire and Colts throw it a million times a game. Think he could do well here. He would be cheap

Want?! http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000478616/article/trent-richardson-waived-by-indianapolis-colts Young and would come cheap, yes please.

NFL Source: Saints having a complete fire sale
PanthersUnited replied to RelaxImaPro's topic in Carolina Panthers
So just for craps and giggles.. In a alternate crazy universe.. Would you trade Cam for Brees, Stills and their two 1st rounders this year and their 1st rounder next year? -
Gettleman: Oher can be answer at left tackle
PanthersUnited replied to Jeremy Igo's topic in Carolina Panthers
I agree with Gman, I also like he is only 28. From how Gman is talking, we won't draft a tackle in the 1st, there really isn't a true slam dunk OT that will be there. I fully expect WR or DE in the 1st. I hope WR
