    We made him an offer last offseason but Tampa doesn't have Gettleman and gave him a ridiculous 5-year $30 million dollar deal. All Gettleman has to do now is wait for the Bucs to cut him and then bring him in on a cheap 1 or 2-year deal. Collins isn't great but he's still young and athletic.
