Pretty cool with the full circle. Congrats to Dan and here’s hoping for a quick turnaround.

Early, small sample size, blah blah. But at this point, Bryce Young makes Teddy Bridgewater look like Cam Newton. And by all appearances, we’re going to continue to mistime and stagger our GM and coaching hires yet again when we kick our current dipshit out the door at the end of the season. Edit: he is also possibly the lowest energy player I have ever seen. Keeping calm and collected is good, but he’s borderline catatonic out there.

Right, the outdated model for QB evals which is the only reason Parcells gets summoned yearly any more. Be a three-year starter Be a senior in college Graduate from college Start 30 games Win 23 games Post a 2-1 touchdown-to-interception ratio Complete at least 60% of passes thrown So, Parcells says do not draft Joey B, T-Law, Allen or some rando named Mahomes. Also Bryce I guess.

Official Sound off like you got a pair Panthers Draft predictions thread

1. Young 2. BPA at CB/DE 3. BPA at CB/DE (depending on 2) 4. BPA IOL/WR/TE -
I really want to grab a TE since that's a strength of this draft but TE and WR were patched up to serviceable so I'm not sure that's where we spend early. I think CB has to be considered if we don't grab someone decent in FA, we are one injury (from someone who has been unlucky there already) from disaster at that position as it stands. I'd love to bolster G as well, but maybe not in r2. Not gonna cry if we grab someone sexy at WR or especially TE, but man we need help at some other spots also.

maybe they share an agent

and miss his receiver by 10 yards

His beard better be a contract stipulation. You can't send him out there without that magnificent fuging thing.

This is 100% on point. We're playing this safe and looking to be respectable again. Everyone in this thread knows Reich and/or Wilks won't win poo ultimately, but we'll be decent with a WC contender ceiling. Which is the goal I guess, just with an offensive lean instead of a defensive one if we decide to go with Reich. People do need to stop using the "he didn't have a QB" excuse with Reich though, since he wasn't some innocent bystander in that. He stumped for his bible-buddy Wentz and caused the Colts to give up a 1st and 3rd there, then had to apologize so as not to get canned immediately for it. But really, whatever. This orgs whole identity is tied up in being a .500ish team that over-performs from time to time. It doesn't really matter that much. We'll improve from the Rhule years back into our normal lane pretty much immediately.

this trade was stupid enough to jolt my memory.

dumb teams run by dumb people do dumb things. maybe next year we can take a chance on revitalizing taysom hill for two seconds and two thirds.
