Everyone knows the panthers are in a slump. Its the general piss ant and anger that has taken over. It has made this board hard to read and be apart of. I'm sure the next post will be "well dont read it" or "shut up bitch". But I hate to see a once cool place to chill turn into such a toxic place.

Man. Daddy uncle tries some feel good stuff and gets ripped. This place has turned into a gathering spot for the most depressed and crying bunch of people on the internet. Ill say it. Been on here for a while and lurked years before that. This group of consistent posters on here now is the lightest in the pants I have ever seen.

If I see 1 more pass on 3rd and short where the route does not go pass the line to gain im going to puke. I do not understand

I think what helps ups more so than other delivery companies is that we bid our routes learn them and stay on them. I know an address just by looking at their name. Its creepy when I think about how much I know about peoples lives out here. If something does not make it to your house its because the cover driver was out there that day.

From my spot in the stands our players on defense are absolute track stars. Not sure if that's honestly a good thing. Way too many people bouncing off of other people really fast.

The practice facility is the green square above where the stadium is.

709 w trade street is the ping. There is a lot right there on 4th that backs up to the practice facility and you cut through there to stadium, like a 3 minute walk. Last year it was 40$ thats where I will be game 1. So I type the 709 address in for reference the just turn down 4th to the giant gravel lot. They have security that walks around while the game is going on too.

I almost died outside of chester on my R1. There was some how a rain rut in asphalt/concrete about 50 yards long. I diddnt think that was possible.

Yea im not a health nazi or anything. I really was just trying to find a solution to all the pain I wake up in everyday thats not in pill form. Read that any non natural sugar is just horrible for you so I laid off. I was not looking to lose weight at all but did pretty quick. If I can go from 170 to 160 and not really look any different I would imagine it would work great for anyone trying to drop 30, 40 or 50 pounds. Its the easiest diet in the world really. I do still drink beer on Friday and sometimes Saturday night tho. I did notice for about 4 days after I cut it out I felt extremely tired. Then once that period ended I started to feel 10 years younger and thats not an exaggeration.

Stop eating/drinking processed sugar. I did it to help inflammation in my joints. Lost 10 pounds in like 3 weeks. Diddnt have much to lose but I became pretty ripped. Simple and easy way to start. Basically drink water and black coffee. Plain tea. And just don't eat anything that comes in a wrapper.
