I bought my home in 2010 for 124k House was newly finished and had 2 acres. Previous people ran out of money and foreclosed. I cleared some trees have added a fenced in acre yard, a building, carport, bedroom and 3 closets. Concrete driveway. Since then the residential boom has happened. Man these crazy ass people offered me 370k site unseen. I'll hang around for a while yet and see if that dont keep climbing.

Wasn't till he took over that the national media has chimed in and on several stations and occasion called us a clown show. We are a gnat on the world's ass down here and the NATIONAL MEDIA ARE RECOGNIZING THE poo SHOW.

That stretch of keep pounding was awsome because the fans felt like we finally had something authentic to buy in to. So did the players and coaches. I'm not sure what he is thinking here if infact trying to separate the franchise from what was imo the best stretch we have ever had.

Just off the top of my head when I think of well runs teams i think.. Pittsburgh - i mean been 20 years or some poo without a loosing season. Buffalo - continues to get better and if not for Brady and company probably would have been in the mix more. NE - well I mean its NE San Francisco - the west has been a gauntlet over the years and they continue to do well despite any real franchise qb. I think they will continue to improve. Los Angeles - out here making big moves to get the job done. There are other teams like kc or Cincinnati but I think thats my list.

I have tried to get spectrum but I'm a 1/4 mile off the main road and the neighborhood behind my house is ran by communist homeowners association. I could run from there and i could throw a rock at the box but they won't let me without basically getting a fuging lawer involved.

I'll add that I do online game. I do not need crazy high speed because I hardline the playstaion to router. I have dish network but they say that their internet is not available here yet. I'll show my ignorance but makes no sense to me because I'm 30 min from charlotte and 15 min from waxhaw and if you know the area thats the fastest growing place on the planet.

When my son was born I wanted my wife to drive my new taco. She was in an older civic and I didn't want them getting stuck on the side of the road somewhere. So I started driving my 99 sierra. I have since started hot rodding it and doing most of the work myself. There are parts for that truck readily available everywhere. I dont know if its because its gm or a 20+ year old truck but I honestly don't see me driving anything else for many years. They just don't make vehicles like that anymore. You are now at the mercy of the dealership to handle the work.

My parents house had a dark brick wall in the living room where the chimney was. Always felt like I was in a cave. When I moved into my house I realized how plain and boring these new homes are.
