    Proehl is a great asset to our franchise. He's done an awesome job with KB and I'm excited to see what he does with Funchess. When the time comes I hope we can keep Ricky with an assistant OC title. He could take on more responsibilities and maybe one day transition to OC. I hate the thought of losing his talent to another franchise.

    So why are we talking about cutting Tolbert to make room for Ward when the better option was mentioned in the article, cut Brockel? I think if the coaches believe he deserves a roster spot giving him Brockel's spot would make more sense. (Not that I'm advocating getting rid of either just yet)

    I do that same stretch after I've warmed up a bit during a run. I've even received that same glare from people passing by haha

    Excellent write up as usual. I'm very excited about the up coming season. These articles help make the wait for football season a little easier. Glad Funchess is impressing, I can't wait to see him and KB on the field together terrorizing opposing defenses!

    I was on such a high from the draft and Cam's contract that I forgot about coaching... Thanks OP! Like was mentioned above I believe offensive play calling worries me the most. And I'm hoping like hell Riverboat grows a pair and shows back up in 2015.

    It would have to be the Indianapolis. I envision a rash of injuries to the Colts that somehow causes Luck to play defense with Cam bulldozing that fuger right at the goal line for the game winning touch down. Then over Luck's broken body Cam does the superman and then tosses me the ball into the crowd.... Hey, its the offseason a man can dream right?

    Hard to believe with what we have fielded in recent seasons at the position, but I'm cautiously optimistic about WR this year. Really excited to read about the progression of Corey Brown. He was impressive last season and hope he makes that second year jump!

    Jeremy I just wanted to thank you for all the hard work that is put into Carolina Huddle. I've been a lurker since 2003, and visit the site on a daily basis. This is the best site on the Internet both for Panthers news and fan's takes on the team. I know all of this wouldn't be possible without the platform that you have provided, and for that you have my thanks!
