  1. If Norv is good at one thing is drawing up a good run game and force feeding his RB just ask LT. How much times in 2019 were we getting blown out by double digits and Norv or his son kept handing or throwing the ball to CMC against prevent D playing off coverage. Bonafon was averaging over 6 ypc and Norv still wouldn’t use him
  2. I understand how it works and it makes no sense. For one they are bias (The article on Allen), and most likely not watching the film more than once. Like in that specific play since Samuel made a circus catch they probably didn’t even credit Moore for what would been a TD. Since you are agreeing the system is flawed, how about we go play by play. You show me evidence of Adams great receiving expertise not aided by Rodgers perfect passes and I’ll do the same for Moore. It can’t get anymore fair than that right?
  3. Your using that word valued to loosely, considering the fact we have a horrific record when Mccaffrey gets a ton of receptions. So how valuable are those receiving yards? And yes Turner did Mccaffrey favors by force feeding him, it made his stats look better than what they really are. oh and Cook can also catch considering he’s had a higher yard per receptions than CMC on numerous seasons.
  4. Show me for that game then since DJ only ended with 18 yards I want to see if he ended the same if he would have got that 70 yard TD
  5. You do know the only difference between Cook and Mccaffrey has been health and touches. Cook has more 100 yard rushing games while playing less games and getting less touches. Mccaffrey had Norv who force fed him to the point of exhaustion. Im against drafting RB in the first much more in the top 10. So yes I was for Cook in the second round
  6. They say they go play by play, but you haven’t provided any evidence behind that. I said give me that specific grade for that still of Moore of what would have been a 70 yard TD, you don’t have that grade cause pff doesn’t have that grade. I said give me the individual grades of those two passes, one a perfect throw by Rodgers another by underthrown ball by Teddy, again you didn’t show me it, why? Cause either they don’t have it or the grading system is so skewed that Adams is getting a better grade for doing less with a better QB. Your telling me to give you a better grading system, I’m asking you show me the grades for those plays. Ive asked you for the third time what does Adams outside of route running do better Moore? Show me on film. Show me how Adams would be more productive with Bridgewater as his QB than Moore would if Rodgers was his. I don’t need to watch 90 WR to know who is better than who, I can tell you right now DJ is better than 99% of WR in the league. Just like when Smith was being held back (even though Delhomme is better than Teddy) DJ is being held back.
  7. The problem it’s not even close to perfect, they have 23 WR ahead of Moore, and I’m willing to bet it has more to do with QB play than anything else. These guys are not watching the film more than once like most panthers fan are. Like I said above outside of route running what is Adams better at? I can go play for play and I’m willing to be Moore tape is way more impressive, and Adams can’t replicate those Moore plays.
  8. Yes they do and everyone who isn’t blind can see that. Heres a well researched article about Allen and the bias the analytics community (mainly pff) has against him https://www.buffalorumblings.com/2020/11/25/21583324/opinion-a-quarterback-metric-amalgamation-for-your-consideration-when-evaluating-josh-allen In 2018 pre injury Cam, they were calling him a system QB, dead serious. They say his numbers were inflated cause of Norv’s system, the same system that got him fired from his previous 3 jobs. And now with Herbert they have him rated low on numerous weeks cause of something something sustainable or he’s not a dink and dunk QB like Burrow. They also seem to love Brady, when the majority of this season he wasn’t as good as his numbers indicate they still had him graded super high. Chris Simms who track record is infinitely betters than pff makes video ranking players if you want someone who watches a ton of film.
  9. You just said earlier PFF grades differently wether the receiver is actually targeted.... so no the grading system is not fair when equating who is throwing who the ball. From the play I just posted, Adams with a perfect throw gets 58 yards, DJ with a perfect throw scores a TD, so how exactly is that graded???? How is Adams getting a higher grade for that when DJ got more separation and had to make a tougher grab? I can post multiple actual stills/film of DJ getting open and Teddy either not throwing him the ball or the ball getting severely under thrown, while getting more separation than Adams. Your just going by what pff says and posting zero evidence. Now your even starting the doubt the grades cause “it’s hard to grade wide receivers” If you understand the game of football and know what you are watching you don’t need pff when evaluating your own team and the players you are watching. I’ve watched more panthers than anybody in pff, most people in here have watched more panthers game/film than anyone at pff. It’s wether or not you can be honest when accessing other players. ive watched Adams play outside of route running what does he go better than DJ? He’s not faster, he’s not stronger, he doesn’t have better ball skills, he sure a hell is not even close to him in YAC, he’s not a better deep threat.
  10. They don’t go into detail they ever do. They all have biases and it shows when grading there favored players. They have held a grudge against guys like Josh Allen, Cam now Herbert cause they don’t fit the mold they labeled them when giving out draft grades. ive known of pfff way before they became mainstream, they had a bunch bleacher report guys working for them for free, and all those guys all held biases and were fans of teams and certain players.
  11. What’s the grade???? This has nothing to do with eye test, that’s a 70 yard TD with Rodgers throwing it to Moore. And since your apparently a pff subscribers did Adams get a higher grade on this play where all he did was run straight with little separation but Rodgers threw a perfect pass. Than Moore did on this play where he had to come back for the ball even though he had his man beat.
  12. First off no it’s not, and according to who????? Teams have their own analytics department, who watch a hell of a lot more tape than pff. Tell me how pff how is more qualified than Warren Sharp, or QBr, next gen, Cian Fahey, pro football reference, football outsiders ext... Cause Colinsworth got behind them and gave them the media boost? Is that why?
  13. How is it apple and oranges???? Teams look for every advantage. Teams don’t lean on pff.
  14. The problem with a lot of people is that they don’t understand or watch football and lean on stuff like pff which gives zero context. People also assume pff has some sort of computer doing these grades. All these grades are given out by former internet sports bloggers with biases watching the film once and then determining wether that play was positive or not and determining wether the play call intended that or not, or if the defenses is playing prevent or not, just so much goes into it, it’s impossible. They give positive grades for garbage time numbers for fug sakes
  15. Alright tell me what PFF graded DJ on this specific play, and why?
  16. Nfl franchises also use any/y, pro gamblers, other analytics guys like Warren Sharp ext... doesn’t mean much
  17. No he’s not, Adams gets perfectly placed football by the mvp. DJ had to make circus catches every time Teddy threw deep
  18. Reason 8754 never to use Pff as a legitimate source. https://www.pff.com/news/nfl-2020-wide-receiver-rankings If Adams and Moore switched QBs, Moore would have close to 1800 yards.
  19. It's not like Ginn is world beater, Ginn got beat out by a rookie John Brown in Arizona and he wasn't a first round pick. Kelvin beat out every reciever on the roster his rookie season also. DE might be a little tricky since we brought back Johnson and Rivera likes his vets and Addison and Alexander are still there.
  20. Corey Coleman will be the first or second receiver off the board, it's a pipe dream I don't get how Hunter Henry is a 1st rounder? His game tape was decent at best and most mocks have him going on the 2nd or 3rd round. And what's the point of drafting Henry if everyone knows Stewart will still get the majority of carries. If your gonna use "the future" argument why not wait for next years draft? Same me can be said for wanting another DT.
  21. Dorsett came from a pro style offense, Shepard is from a crazy college offense that played in the Big 12. So I doubt he gets drafted as high as Dorsett
  22. Star was an area of need and the majority of mock drafts had us picking him or Sheldon Richardson, same goes for Kelvin Shaq came out of left field
