At least the Germans might enjoy watching these teams roll around in poo for three hours -
Okay, give him Bryce’s receivers. he was the entire team and was playing hero ball his whole time in college.

1. Those were not for the next season. This was a trade offer in 2022 for picks in 2024 and 2025. There is no certainty in those at all, and if something is uncertain it has less value. Burns play has kinds dropped off, but at the time he was in discussion for a contract that would reset the defensive end market. whether he was worth it then…eh. Burns is kind of a white elephant 2. the panthers missed the playoffs by one game that year and probably make them if horn doesn’t break his arm in a freak collision. They almost certainly aren’t there if they send burns out. I enjoy watching football not accumulating picks. Besides, we’ve seen what the panthers do with picks. and with the gift of retrospect, the panthers probably just package those first rounders into something for Bryce. trading burns wasn’t the golden ticket to drafting Joe Mahomes Favre or whatever. It was sacrificing what was a fun, engaging second half of the season in 2022 for like keeping dj moore and maybe drafting a defensive end.

Also lmao “slight build” guess who this is

Turning it down was the right move at the time.

Lamar was not just the best qb in the draft but was the best player and should have gone number 1 overall but nfl GMs were like “ughhh we don’t like how he talks.” Lamar was playing a different game than everyone else in college. He looked like Vicks first college season but he did it for multiple years.
-
at some point we're going to need to draft a qb that can throw
-
Announcers in bama lsu just did a completely random “Jalen Milroe work ethic inspired his team truck always at the facility blah blah blah” milroe is gonna be running routes at the combine. Dude has no idea how to play football. this whole leadership bullshit is the same thing every big CFB team says about their qb. Then suckers repeat it once they get to the pros.
-
Also I haven’t mentioned this but regarding his offseason work ethic, Bryce is noticeably smaller this year.
-
I don’t doubt that he does the “first one in, last one out” thing that qbs are supposed to do. I don’t doubt he spends a lot of time watching film and making film watching faces. I doubt he has any idea what he’s looking at as evidenced by, well, his entire career. There’s a difference between putting in hours and putting them in and getting anything out of it. Luke Kuechky could almost certainly read a defense better than Bryce young and doesn’t deserve to be mentioned in the same breath.

a panther receiver leave and ends up in chicago, only to hate it and yearn for a return time is a flat circle

feel free to reread the post where i explain it clearly and succinctly.

Did you? But yes Davidson, I did the see the play. It’s not like his passes are easy to miss from a velocity standpoint. I also saw the play in the first half where Bryce shot putted a ball to the flat that XL got creamed on. He then came off the field, clearly in pain, and needed help getting his left glove off. Did you see that play? Or do you just think things that happen earlier in the game don’t impact things that happen later?
-
Tepper thought Bryce was so good he wouldn’t need good wrs.
-
Daboll absolutely sweating.
-
There’s probably a reason that legette couldn’t hold on to the ball, and it’s because he got lit up waiting for one of Bryce’s blimps to come down. protecting wide receivers is another skill Bryce completely lacks.
-
Mingo came out from the same college and in the same mold as AJ brown and DK Metcalf: very raw, not a great route runner, bigger and (not really) faster than everyone else. he was always going to need time to develop, and his rookie year would be mostly deep balls on simple routes and hope he could outfight DBs. unfortunately his rookie season was with Bryce. Not it’s all the dysfunction, but Bryce can’t throw a catchable deep ball unless it’s a single covered sideline go route in the second half after the defense is tired. and now there are three rookies who look better than him in an offense where there’s maybe 15 catches a game? Mingo is done.

The funniest pass yesterday was that one 20 yard blimp he just heaved to no one in particular that someone came down with the announcers were like “he trusting his receivers!”
