afaik the only one who flat out said no was harbaugh. not sure ben johnson was ever formally offered this go around, but he turned down OC in 2023. but we'll never know who was generally interested and who said no. we do know we probably could have had raheem morris or dan quinn, both of whom interviewed. Almost certainly quinn who would have been a better fit for a rebuilding team, who's having better success than Canales, both in record and with a young qb. but dave tepper wanted a young OC. could have gone after Monken but I guess he wasn't brat enough or something
