the biggest problem we're having so far is people getting sent home from work. so the region where i work is very poor, very medically underserved, and very republican. everyone smokes, meth is rampant, and no one has healthcare. but it's also a big tourist destination so everyone works in the tourist industry. So you have people in their 20s and 30s who come down with some kind of cough, and it could be anything (we still have tons of flu here), and their bosses won't let them come back to work until they get a negative covid test. but we won't test them because they don't meet criteria so all these people that are barely making it paycheck to paycheck are now not being able to go back to work
-
that's an estimate. things are funky right now with testing. but these are people from the two main hospitals and the few regional ones. we've also had a few deaths that are VERY suspicious but once someone dies without a positive test that is positive later then it becomes a HIPAA thing. east tennessee has the worst air quality and lung health in the nation so it's going to burn through this region like wildfire. like we'll have mass graves in Neyland.
-
yeah, they've been complaining of heartburn. but people that have never had it. also have some flu like symptoms.
-
yeah that's our main alarm symptom. fever, cough, whatever ct, yeah that's alarming if some random person works in gatlinburg and has a "weird heartburn" and never had anything like it? alarm bells
-
knoxville probably has around 10 confirmed cases right now main alarming thing we're seeing is the burning sternal chest pain
-
it's very difficult for me to believe trump doesn't have it, just based on who was around him. that would be like rolling a nat 20. plus they wouldn't announce it if he had it. four basketball coaches from a major local high school are currently quarantined after sharing a car/hotel one week ago with someone at a conference who has tested positive. those coaches teach several classes, sports, and had been mingling around the school until thursday night. lmao im glad this rotation is ending tuesday

i work in an er right now if you are not in your 60s or suffering from a preexisting condition, do not go to the er for a test. you will not get one if you are healthy and think you have it, self quarantine and don't go to the er if you are healthy and young and you literally have sex with a giant form of the virus that has taken human form for some reason, do not go to the er, just self quarantine

Damiere Byrd "living in the weight room"
electro's horse replied to Jeremy Igo's topic in Carolina Panthers
didn't mean to hurt your small person feelings, manlet. if you knew how to lift and eat (which you clearly don't laffo) you could do it. i'll be putting on roughly 4 pounds of muscle ish and losing 10 pounds overall in the next 6 - 7 weeks or so and that's just with eating right and lifting weights. -

Tyson Jackson is the main one you'd be familiar with. Then lots of smaller fringe type guys. I literally just moved back to asheville yesterday to start going back to school to likely go into sports medicine. -

none of you have any idea what you're talking about a 23 ish year old genetic freak (which he is just by virtue of being in the nfl) putting on 5 pounds of muscle over 5 ish months the first time on an nfl caliber training and diet regiment is absolutely nothing to write home about. His height or the amount of "cardio" he's doing (they don't really do any metabolic/aerobic conditioning right now, and very little over the course of the year compared to other sports) so stop mansplaining things with your personal excuses for being fat. hell, almost all of them would "put on muscle" during the offseason. the rigors of an NFL season literally make their bodies break down, and they're really unable make any gains during the actual season since their body spends all their sleep time just repairing and trying to hold on. lastly, people that make these of boasts are never really long for the NFL. the people that thrive in this sport are the ones that don't need to "bulk up" once they get there. You maniacs are sounding like a bunch of 49ers fans when they drafted AJ Jenkins. Source: I have trained current and former NFL players. -

making hard choices is part of having good players. Even with Johnson's albatross contract coming to an end, the Panthers are not going to be able to keep Norman, Star, and KK long term. Trai and Norwell are going to want money too. Luckily the Panthers are entering a period where they'll be able to attract cheap veterans who want a shot at a ring, and hopefully Gettleman keeps drafting well and finding those high value/low cost free agents. Also if I was coleman I'd be holding the fug out after the year I just had. http://www.spotrac.com/nfl/carolina-panthers/kurt-coleman/ -

Protein is protein. You just need to consume enough protein to rebuild your muscles after you lift weights. Your body doesn't know the difference. 90% of the stuff in protein powders is nonsense. If you're just getting in to lifting, you need to be getting your protein from food, not powders. Creatine slightly increases your muscular endurance, so that instead of getting ten reps on your third set, you might get eleven. These add up over the course of years. It is not a steroid. You will add water weight. Depending on your height and frame 30 pounds of lean mass (I'm assuming you don't want to turn into a fatass) is going to take several years and dedicated training. Dont worry about powders. Squat and eat chicken.

no it fuging won't. creatine is produced naturally in your body and most people that take it show no effects whatsoever. They're just giving themselves expensive pee.
