  1. Black & Blue Review ‏@BlackBlueReview 19s19 seconds ago Yup, #Panthers have agreed to terms w/CB Alan Ball. Has been w/Cowboys, Texans, Jaguars in 8 years. First reported by @RavensInsider.
  2. Guess we should follow @RavensInsider for our Panthers news?
  3. ProFootballTalk ‏@ProFootballTalk 4m4 minutes ago Bucs apparently out of Greg Hardy race, which leaves him with one option http://wp.me/p14QSB-9JzG
  4. We do, but they do it for those "what if he falls" situations. I don't believe it's for 1st round purposes in this case though.
  5. Probably because the need for a RB is far less important than other areas, at least for the upcoming season. I wouldn't be surprised if we go for one earlier than usual either though. There's some damn good ones that could go in those first 3 rounds or so.
  6. There's no telling where he'll go in the draft. We've had players in for visits plenty of times that were way out of reach, which I think Gurley is. Not in the first necessarily, but if he makes it to the 2nd, he won't last until our pick. It makes sense though, because anything could happen, and it's best to know guys for those "just in case" moments.
  7. Lol, too much litter already. I'll leave that to the usual suspects.
  8. Yeah, but now he's had 5 years in the league. It has a lot more impact.
  9. Ben Hartsock weighs in... interesting. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2015/03/18/former-teammate-greg-hardy-can-be-unmanageable-at-times/
  10. He's a legit #2 TE. He's not going to be an Olsen/Gronk/Graham, and I think most people understand that. Hell, he could probably be the #1 on a handful of teams, although I wouldn't be too excited about it here, but that's reality. Your #2 isn't going to be a superstar, and they aren't going to put up eye popping numbers, in most cases. I'm pretty happy to have him here, and if we can avoid injuries to our line/fullback, his reception/TD numbers should rise.
  11. Bill Williamson ‏@BWilliamsonESPN 31m31 minutes ago Barring unexpected change, Panthers CB James Dockery is set to sign with #Raiders
  12. David Newton ‏@DNewtonespn 5m5 minutes ago #Panthers fans keep asking about WRs Stevie Johnson and Dwayne Bowe. Let me remind the draft is deep at WR, and they are cheaper.
  13. Adam Schefter ‏@AdamSchefter 34s34 seconds ago Chiefs traded this year's 5th-round pick to Saints for two-time Pro Bowl guard Ben Grubbs, per league source.
  14. It's a waste of your precious time bruh. There's several cats on here that are spitting the same garbage, yet you'll never, ever, see them come up with any legitimate options that would be better. It's just, "they're not doing anything to make us better." No examples as to what would make us better, and any example they might have, is laughably out of reach for us right now. The only argument, is that nothing is happening, and it never has, and *insert oldschool "mantra" that doesn't work now*.
  15. Damn it Igo! I was in the middle of a well thought out thread on this topic myself, and here you go stealing my thunder! Just kidding, copy/paste is my friend. I'm positive, as most of us are, that Matsko had some input in this move. I also feel very good about what Gettleman said here, especially this comment, "We did our homework on Michael, and we feel very strongly that he can be an answer for us." I'm one who trusts his evaluation of talent, and even with Matsko's input, I don't think he would pull the trigger if he didn't see something positive on the tape. I'm good with it, although like many others, I'm still nervous.
  16. Hehe, Chris Conte... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E7em_q-zEeA
  17. I'd still do it... doesn't matter to me who cares.
  18. First of all, anything, after the 3rd round, really making any impact, is a fuging blessing. If you were to do some research, the numbers may overwhelm you. Gettleman has had 6 picks after the first 3 rounds, since he's been our GM. Out of the six, three have been significant contributors to us winning games. Not just significant contributors, but fuging starters. 50% bruh. That's fuging insane. I'm willing to bet, that there are very few teams that have had that kind of success, past the 3rd round. Hell, I'd bet that a lot of them, don't even make the final cuts.
  19. Makes it that much sweeter when they're shamed back into their holes.
