Broncos would have taken Surtain still at 9 and Cowboys absolutely loved Horn and would have taken him at 10 so it was basically pick Horn if you wanted him, or trade back and I'm glad we picked Horn. Don't think our fans realize just how great our defense is shaping up to be.

Atlanta is celebrating tonight, as they should, for getting Pitts, but they would be smart now to get Mond or Mills. Matt Ryan isn't Brees or Brady, or even Rodgers...and Julio ain't going to be around long if Ryan continues to fumble with all the weapons they give him year in and year out.

Mr.Scot I am right there with you. I think some who don't like this pick, need to sit back and realize we have a chance to address the OL still. These discussions on offenses and defenses can go all night long in regards to should we have picked an OL to help Darnold or shore up our secondary which was a major need.. Bottom line is we got the BEST corner in this draft and we desperately needed a corner. Get in there tomorrow and grab some OL help for Sam and suddenly everyone agrees Horn was the right pick and we can move on.

A CB is invisible bc he's not being thrown at and no impact? Look at the numbers of the WRs he covered. LOCK DOWN. I'm a UNC fan who despise SC but this guy is a stud and I'm glad we got him instead of someone else in our diviision.

It was a great pick. It fills a HUGE need. It makes our pass rush better. It makes us move DJax inside to nickel where he will be very good. This defense is going to be realllllly good. At first I was a lil disappointed thinking we need OL help or get Sam another weapon in D.Smuth, but we got the best CB on the board in this draft and now can focus in OL and other areas. Its crazy funny reading our opponents message boards thoughts to our pick. A lot of haha look at panties get a CB, scared of Pitts. Scared of TBs and NOs weapons. Well yes, now we have Chinn and Horn to match up with those weapons and its only round 1. Overall, a great pick bc it was a HUGE need but it also counters our division opponents weapons that we will face.

Reading the game threads last year, it was non stop our secondary sucks, more pass rush would help. We can't stop anyone blahhhhh. Which was true at times. We draft someone who overwhelmingly makes our secondary better which helps our pass rush. Great pick Rhule

God awful loss there. Yeah we got guys out but on home floor letting Bofdanovich and backups beat you. They'll bounce back but terrible loss. Gotta come to play everyday.

They said on NBA on TNT tonight that Andre Drummond would be meeting with 5 teams, one of them being Charlotte. A starting 5 of Graham, Rozier, Hayward, PJ and Drummond is very good. Bring in Monk and Bridges as 6th and 7th man. Miller twins, Z, Biz can all play a role. Don't count Charlotte out and if we get Drummond we will be a legit contender. We won't win it all but would give us the big man we need.

I love this signing. We have set ourselves up nicely to go after CB, S, and OL in the draft.
