We all owe Teddy Bridgewater an apology
Kentucky Panther replied to ENC Pantherfan's topic in Carolina Panthers
Matt Rhule may be a terrible coach but Teddy isn’t much better of a QB. If at all. -

We can’t score enough to beat the Lions. Pittsburg might be worse on offense than us

The Tank is ON!!!!

That is my all time favorite Panthers video. As much as I loved our 2015 team, I just feel like our 2003 squad had a better story. Had more heart. 2015 was a letdown at the end, more than anything. When Jake made his first start for the Panthers, I was only 10. 11 by the time the Super Bowl was played. This was only the third season I had been following the team every game, being so young. Just a great, innocent time in my life that I miss sometimes. What an awesome season.

Man I hope we are lucky enough to land Stroud or Levis
-
I could see us beating the Steelers due to their inept offense. Other than that, MAYBE splitting with Atlanta. Detroit would be favored if we play them tomorrow.
-
Would rather draft Stroud or Levis but he’s infinitely better than Baker or Sam.
-
Instead of assuming the line is bad for whatever reason, it’s been easy to see during our first three games that Baker is the issue with the sacks and pressure most of the time. Not getting rid of the ball timely, rolling out right when there’s literally no reason to. Not to mention CMC has been looking pretty solid in the run game. Our offensive line has been one of the bright spots, no doubt.

Easy fix here, draft Bryce Young and hire Ken Dorsey

He’s with the Rams now. We only had him for last year. -
I’ll be watching. Lose this one and I’m jumping on the tank bandwagon.

Levis has accuracy issues occasionally, but probably has the strongest arm in the entire class. Great with deep throws. Hell of an athlete, too. Especially for someone who’s 6’3, 235. His touch has improved leaps and bounds since his first few starts last year. I would be fine taking him in the first round. I’m also in the boat of being a tad worried about BYs size. -
The line has been fine. Baker is running out of the pocket or holding the ball way too long on most of these sacks/throw aways. We just have trash QBs

Baker isn’t the answer -
I was 11 years old. Watching the game at home with my dad. He is a diehard Bengals fan, but I know he loved seeing me so into football at that point in my life. I had only been following the Panthers and keeping tabs on every game for a couple of seasons at that point. My first memories involve Chris Weinke and Wesley Walls. I’ll never forget watching this game as long as I live. Sitting on pins and needles the entire time. As soon as Smitty caught it and took off, my dad and I jumped off the couch and started screaming. As he ran it in, I remember trying to give my dad a big hug, while still jumping, and I accidentally head butted my dad right in the chin! I felt so bad about it, but he was fine and just super happy for me. Sat alone in my room watching us the week after beat the Eagles to go to the Super Bowl. Was too nervous to watch with anyone else at that point. Pretty sure I cried when we won. I know I cried when Brady beat us, but that was obviously a very different kind of sobbing.

This could be the day Baker shuts the door on Sam. Hoping it’s true, at least. Panthers football is here! -
I am not someone who watches preseason football a ton. But I will be tuned in quite a bit for our games this year. I really want to see what Corral can do, even if it’s against second stringers.

I hope Robby is coming around a tad. If anything, it’s got to be nice to be catching balls from someone other than Darnold. -

Right. But let’s keep him just because the second best guy on our roster at this point is a rookie. Makes no sense.
