  1. At some point we are going to have to take a shot at a QB in the draft. I don’t see why this year wouldn’t be the year to do it. Have the new coaching staff pick their guy, whether we trade up for him or not. This roster is ready to win NOW. Darnold is serviceable but let’s be real. You need your QB to win you games sometimes, and Darnold has shown he can’t win without everything else going perfectly.
  2. For once do our research and try and interview the best possible candidates. If he thinks Wilks is the answer then make it happen. I have an extremely hard time believing the answer has been on our staff the whole time. I really want us to look into some offensive options.
  3. Say what you want about the catch, Darnold fit that in with crazy accuracy
  4. Who did Metcalf just dust? Horn has been doing great on him
  5. And who chose to keep McAdoo after firing other coaches? This place is unreal sometimes
  6. 3rd and 8 and we run the ball. Some of y’all still advocating for mediocre Steve Wilks
  7. Not much says we win tomorrow other than being a homer. The Seahawks have a better team. But we will win because we beat up on the worst team in the league a couple weeks ago?
  8. Yea, I never liked the whole “don’t draft him because he’s an Ohio State guy”. There’s a lot to like about Stroud. Accuracy and touch are top notch. I will be watching him hard against Georgia. That defense as we both know, is nasty.
  9. I guess we will see what the Panthers think. Although I hope it doesn’t come down to that.
  10. Yawn. Levis had a better year, a year that you keep saying was so terrible. Yet he beat Richardson in nearly every category. He could barely walk during SEC play and still had a more impressive season. Or does context only matter for AR (my receivers can’t catch)! And for the 15th time no, Levis is not who I want to draft. But we obviously disagree on who we would pick between these two.
  11. Ahh, not box scores, though. Gotcha. I’m not a Levis lover, I’m anti garbage. Richardson is the very last of the considered top four I would take. And as much as I appreciate Cats taking my side on AR, I will gouge my eyes out if Darnold is here next year. We need someone new.
  12. You literally just harped on box scores from four fugging games. Nothing but box scores. You’re terrible at this.
  13. You want to know what’s really weird though? Thinking someone who completes fifty percent of his throws is actually not terrible.
  14. We will pin a thread with those four games just for you. Right at the top. Fortunately for scouts and Levis, they have more than four games to judge and evaluate. There is no reality where teams look at those games and have the needle moved one way or they other. The only reality where such a small part of the picture matters is Varking’s. Fifty percent passer. Lol.
  15. Picking and choosing what games you want to argue means nothing to me. Those four games are what you cling to because they are truly the only numbers that work in Richardsons favor. The only one upset here you is little man. Sorry not everybody loves a QB prospect that hits one of two throws. And I watched plenty of Florida this year to know blaming your receivers is an extreme cop out. But don’t forget! Those four games!
  16. They both play in the SEC. They both play an ACC team to end the year. I don’t need to pick and choose different games to fit my argument. I have 12 games to look at. Four different times this year Richardson couldn’t complete 10 or more passes in a game. Not one, not two, four. The boards sudden obsession with him is truly one of the more mesmerizing things I’ve seen on a sports message board. There is no stat or combination of stats that says he’s going to be any good at the next level. He’s athletic and has a big arm. He’s also barely completing half of his passes.
  17. Hopefully we don’t take either. Although I fear it my be the case with our cake of a schedule remaining.
