Bryce Young had what 12 games last season under 200 yards & one of those games he only threw for 54yards when playing against a really good opponent makes no logical sense to think that Bryce Young will all of a sudden drastically improve in year 4 facing one of the toughest schedules in the NFL...jSaying

almost every GM in the NFL is aggressively trying to improve their roster each year wether that be trades, the draft, free agency & or re-signing players, coaches etc . trust me it takes a whole lot more than gradual improvements to your roster each season to actually keep up with your competition & assemble a winning football team in the NFL ...just saying

did NOT do the team any favors as assistant GM.so what he inherited if it was dog poo he had his paws in the poo too .j..Saying

Dan Morgan has never not once been a part of assembling a winning team in Carolina . since joining the Carolina Panthers Dan Morgan ranked 22nd is more than generous ...just saying

Rasheed Walker for Kris Jenkins Jr.is what i am actually referring to in that particular post all those #'s you are referring to are athletic #'s & Monroe Freeling had or has an impressive combination of size & raw athletiscm & it has nothing do with his size or athelticsm that is preventing him from being a day 1 starter in the NFL technique is where he struggled at the NFL combine & not only scouts but analysts alike also viewed him as more of a developmental type of player rather than a day 1 starter go take a look at Will Campbell transition from the SEC to the NFL another first round LT that was drafted #4 overall by the New England Patriot,s.Will Campbell was a three year starter at LSU & was thought to be one of if not the very best LT's in the SEC & compare his SEC carrer to his rookie season in the NFL? just because you played good in the SEC at LT does nescarrily mean you are ready to start at LT in the NFL day 1 & or your rookie season & one last thing i think you are jumping to conclusion & somehow assuming that i do not like Monroe Freeling ?which could not be further from the truth .what i do not like is the idea starting a player who is not ready ...just saying
-
you would honestly probably do Monroe Freeling more of a disservice by putting him in a position where is not yet ready to succeed. .we all knew Monroe Freeling struggled at the NFL combine in drills because of technique related issues & would need time to develop & now all of a sudden before they even put the pads on Monroe Freeling is somehow a starting LT in the NFL ? if he struggled at the NFL scouting combine what do you actually think is going to happen in a live NFL game at LT ? .even our best LT of all time was not ready to start at LT when he was a rookie & he turned out to be a pretty good darn LT by the name of Jordan Gross ...just saying be patient Young Jedis

well i could go on & on but i will just highlight it by saying big difference trust me from the SEC & NFL.it's honestly like comparing apples & oranges especially when you are talking about a LT. in the NFL you are going up against the most athletic freaks of nature the world has to offer . .the NFL also has much more exotic & complicated defensive schemes than what they are used to seeing at Georgis & finally but most importantly you have to learn how to master complex bio mechanics where the body kick steps instantly as a reaction to these world class athletes rush without really making a conscious effort it's more of a learned muscle memory & it can take thousands upon thousands of reps to master rproper technique for a LT in the NFL especially if you are still very raw like Monroe Freeling is ...just saying
-
so Monroe Freeling started only 17 games at LT in college . he was drafted because primarily of his physical traits size & raw athletism. most all scouting reports on Monroe Freeling said basically the same thing that he had alot of potential but more than likely would require time & coachiing to refine issues related to his technique prior to starting at LT in the NFL ...just saying

Brock Purdy while injured this past season led the 49ers on a game winning drive against the Seahawks in week 1 had a QBR over 90 2 TDs & almost 300 yards but for whatever reason that is irrelevant? they are trying to this very confusing player opponent comparision using Bryce Young ,Brock Purdy & the 2025 Seattle Seahawks defense where alot of important facts are left out of the equation...just saying
-
Monroe Freeling is not ready to start at LT ....just saying

highly drafted Qb's like Sam Darnold especially a #1 overall pick usually always have ideal physical traits & or alot of raw arm strength Iook at Bryce Young & see no reason why he should have ever been drafted #1 overall. if anything BY should have been a latter round draft pick or UDFA like Pavia that came into the NFL on a prove it deal honestly see this ending only one way & no not like Sam Darnold ...just saying
-
Chicago Bears led the NFL last season in interceptions & we have a Qb that well you know ...just saying

Bleacher report not buying Panthers’ hype
bandu replied to raleigh-panther's topic in Carolina Panthers
this is Bleacher Report more or less saying Carolina needs a Qb on paper they have a better team than they had last season ...just saying -
u can always in your spare time go watch one of those silly YouTube hype videos that use alot of flashy music & digital editing to over inflate the actual value of a player good God i hope you are not truly watching those silly hype videos & think that's actual real life NFL football ...just saying
-
if ANYONE actually goes & looks at the FACTS on rookie Qb's after 2 full seasons as a starter in the NFL & they are still well below average do they rarely ever actually become top tier Qb's & instead most likely either do not recieve a second contract & or become life long backups...just saying
-
wish Dan Morgan was not the GM because no other GM or most any GM in their right mind would not just sit back & do nothing while Bryce Young has 3 consecutive losing seasons & in all likelihood a 4th ...just saying
-
if talent levels are too far apart in the NFL schemes alone cannot bridge that gap in talent .you have to be able to win those one -on-one matchups for in order to have a successful pass rush ...just saying

Bryce’s new look. He looks like a grown up
bandu replied to raleigh-panther's topic in Carolina Panthers
think the Carolina Panthers have this grandiose delusion that with an elite defense & a very strong oLine & running game they can still win with just an average type Qb who's primary purpose is to protect the football & limit turnovers only problem with this approach it rarely leads to long term success or a team that can truly compete for a SuperBowl ...just saying
