I’m all for it. You can preach we are family but at the end of the day players(like Olsen) are going to do what’s in their best interest...even after everything the team does for them. Play well or kick rocks. I don’t care if you win nice guy of the year every year. It’s nice to behave like a professional sports team and not a Sunday school.

After a night of research. Pros- Strong arm and accurate when given time. I think his ability to run is understated and he might do his best throwing of the ball on the run. His best highlights are scrambles, rollouts, and when he absolutely trucks guys running the ball. Cons- He's a california dad goober. Not much leadership and doesn't seem to be all that competitive or inspiring. seems more like a game manager mentality. Obviously lacks confidence and tries to do too much. TURNOVERS TURNOVERS TURNOVERS I think he's capable of getting this team in the playoffs. don't know if he has the mindset to win it all without the circumstances being perfect

Remember when Josh Allen was being called a bust because of his decision making and turnovers AND accuracy issues? There is no reason Darnold can’t be coached up. Brady did it with burrows(who’s older than darnold btw) and turned him into the #1 pick

Only argument that makes sense against this trade is if the jets are taking Wilson at 2 which Is expected then darnold could be had for cheaper after the draft...but I still like the panthers wanting to get a clear picture of needs before the draft

I like it. People acting like that 2nd is a guaranteed star need to turn off madden. 24 yrs old. Better prospect than any of the qbs this year other than Lawrence. But do U. Cry over a 2nd round pick next year

My only criticism is he overruns a lot of plays. If he ever develops a bull rush he could be the best DE in the league

don't know how good he is or where he's projected to go but did anyone see penn state DE Jayson Oweh run a 4.36 at 6'5 257? i mean it's getting crazy how athletic these big guys are getting
