Rhule was a bad hire. But Tepper gave him time and it didn’t work out. Generally speaking you want a patient owner and that’s rare in a new owner. It’s a good trait. Rhule made the football decisions, and tepper said that was a mistake in his presser. Tepper didn’t force this roster on Rhule and company. I’m not saying he doesn’t take blame but the title is it’s all teppers fault.
