    It def appears as if Rhule is refusing to play certain players. At first I attributed it to incompetence but it seems obvious it’s purposeful at this point. Rhule wants out.

    It's Teppers fault for signing the checks and keeping Rhule around this long. In most cases i'd say his patience and willingness to spend is a positive trait, but attached to a hole like Rhule it's just cratered the franchise.
