Darnold is a nice story although I still see the bad Sam moments from time to time. That Green Bay game, for example, had the bad interception and generally shaky play near the end of the game. Also, Vikings are generally great at surrounding their QB with great offensive pieces, which has helped prior Vikings QBs like Kirk Cousins. But you're supposed to give your QB what they need to succeed, however. Darnold didn't have that at all with the Jets. He had a few okay pieces here which is why he had some good stretches but had some stinkers as well. If Darnold's smart, I'd not go nuts with whatever money he's going to demand, so he can keep most of the good pieces around him.

At the least, it's a name that must be in his head as a contingency. We're all talking about the possibility of Evero getting fired but he didn't exactly want to stay with us in the first place. That may still be the case now, especially since we kinda ruined his reputation by doing so.

Most Points Allowed Record: Ours Also really not liking seeing both Moton and Hunt being questionable. This is just asking for getting a key offensive starter hurt that will affect us for next season.

How about 7 pass attempts? Our OC went wildcat in this game but was more infamous for doing it with the Dolphins in 2008. Best memory is the December 2024 game against the Falcons to decide the NFC South. Specifically, at the end of the third quarter when Matt Ryan threw his second pick six of the game.
