  1. Yeah, something tells me Renfrow just wasn't in good enough football shape to warrant using up a roster spot. Like to think he was still helpful in camp showing our younger players how to run routes.
  2. What a shocker. https://www.nbcsports.com/nfl/profootballtalk/rumor-mill/news/browns-release-wr-diontae-johnson
  3. My best wishes, good sir.
  4. Frankly, if most teams in the NFL lose their starting QB for a significant amount of time, they're screwed. The fantasy is that one has a future Tony Romo or a Nick Foles that can carry a stacked team. The reality is that you might get roughly 3~5 games out of your backup before it all falls apart. Remember all of Peyton Manning's backups? Utterly terrible. Speaking of backup QB's, Raiders may need one. https://www.nfl.com/news/raiders-qb-aidan-o-connell-suffered-fractured-wrist-in-preseason-finale-expected-to-be-out-6-8-weeks
  5. If the idea is for Renfrow to take Thielen's place... I'd feel more comfortable if I felt Renfrow can actually play an entire season of football. Again, what are we getting in return? Just saying if we got a fourth for Mingo...
  6. I'd ask for a king's ransom. An extra draft pick would be nice, but this receiver room's only real vet without Thielen would be Moore, and that's if we keep him around.
  7. Yeah, I love the guy but the knee is a massive red flag. Who let Hurney back in the building again?
  8. I predict this place to take wild swings with every win and loss.
  9. Canales being a weeny. Let these players who will likely be out of the league shortly have one shot at the endzone.
  10. Perkins has Deshaun Foster levels of ball security. Now that's an old reference.
  11. Jack Plummer threw a touchdown. That is a factual statement.
  12. Well, Plummer completed a pass in the end zone. Maybe one day, to our guy.
  13. Seems that we're allowing way too much penetration on all these preseason run plays.
  14. That or Daniel Jones will remind everyone he is Daniel Jones the quarterback and at some point, you'll turn to anyone that's not Daniel Jones. More speculative based on what happened up to this point, but I feel AR may still be struggling on how to be the type of guy that the locker room wants to follow. Otherwise, it's simply that his accuracy remains poor and it's not looking like a Josh Allen situation where he was the rare exception of fixing that aspect in the pro level.
  15. In fairness to us, Darnold had better players around him than he did here.
  16. If I had a dime every time Daniel Jones found his way to starting an NFL game again...
  17. It would be nice if we don't have new players with promise get hurt and lose valuable development time.
