    For sure, I just think it’s odd all the teams within minutes of this come out and say no. It’s like they are all getting together to shut down the guaranteed contract to show the browns, and league, who’s who. The editorial director of the ravens deleted a tweet saying it’s funny the teams said no thanks but will ask for lamars number soon.

    Exactly m, it doesn’t have to be fully guaranteed, he just wants more than 133. I’m sure he wants fully guaranteed (obviously) but I imagine he realizes that isn’t likely. I hope the team tries to get him but if not, trade you and get a rookie.

    That’s how I feel, this is certainly something to watch. They talked to carr (maybe it was just to drive price up) and fitt says they are in on every deal, I just can’t see the team not looking into this. It’s worth noting a month or so ago Albright said Atlanta is the favorite but don’t count out Carolina.

    I can’t edit my previous quote. What I mean is 175 guaranteed out of a 250 mil contract something like that.

    I just can’t see him getting fully guaranteed even if it’s with a new team. If the reports are true and all the ravens offered was 133, who’s to say a team can’t say 150 or 175?

    I’m all for getting Lamar, I know it’s not to popular around here, but I think it’d be great. If they can’t get him, I’m fine with a rookie…any of them but Levis. It’s going to be interesting to watch how this all plays out.
