Out of all the offered I’ve heard, Cle (prob not gna happen now), Indy (maybe), Seattle and Carolina; Carolina may be his best option.

Theinkisdry said Texans wanted more all along and Tepper probably just offered picks like the browns did. Guy is a profit.
