  1. He is 31 and started 16 games both of the last 2 seasons. In fact, he has started 16 games a season since he was drafted in 2015 except for 2018 when he only started 9 when he was injured. That is 89 starts in 6 years. True, he was not fully healthy his first year as a Panther and it showed but he started every game. He was healthier and greatly improved, yes I said greatly, last year.
  2. Potential to be the worst move? Yes it does. Potential to be the best? Again, yes it does. I don't think it is a slam dunk bad move at this point. Let's wait till he throws his first INT or TD to make that call.
  3. The starting jobs are won during camp and preseason. So yes if any of the rooks looks more talented they will start. But once the staff has settled on the starting 5 it is very hard for anyone to break into the lineup without a starter plain sucking or getting injured. Second string just doesn't get the chance to work with the starters during the week. You are keeping your original 5 in to build cohesion and chemistry.
  4. Sorry, I don't have the time to read all of this but were you guys arguing about Attack Shorts? This place has gotten so weird.
  5. Depends. Was Marty still doling out the paychecks last season? If so then I seriously doubt it would have been cheaper.
  6. Ok. I like where you’re heading with this. We just need to clear it with the league that tear away ears and tails are legal. Because getting tackled by your tail would be ignoble to say the least.
  7. I heard that he wears the same color underwear as Pepp too. What da fug is that bum thinking?
  8. I think you may be assigning to much cause to Sam & Will being on the roster which may be valid. I see most of the PJ talk as a reaction to the "PJ Walker will be starting by week 3 because Sam Darnold sucks" trolls. Different perspective.
  9. You're wondering why we are discussing PJ Walker in a thread titled "PJ Walker - Offseason"?
  10. I agree. Outside of Sam, DaQuan could be the most impactful off season signing.
  11. No such thing as a comeback route. Yeah, I was there.
  12. Are you saying male cheerleaders should make that a more achievable goal?
  13. Or are the Lions playing Sewel at RT for a year to get experience before moving him to LT? That would allow them Move Decker in the off season for big picks and still have Crosby at RT. Yeah, I don't think so either.
  14. It is going to be highly amusing to hear the cries of “He doesn’t check down enough! He sucks!”
  15. Sooner would be better but at least the end is in sight. Really hope they upgrade and not downgrade.
  16. Even after the 2020 all D draft it was widely predicted that the Panthers D would be 31st at best. They did considerably better than that. They were getting better as the year went on so yeah I think he did a better job than expected. Having said that, no, I don't think there is any risk in him leaving.
  17. Or better if Sam is more aggressive in his downfield throws. With his speed he could be a threat from anywhere on the field. HIs TDs may go up and that is the number that gets you paid.
  18. Agree but I couldn't bring myself to say that.
