Anyone else not happy with this decision? I like what we have going with Christensen. Not sure I would disrupt that. JMO

BREAKING:Panthers re-sign Chuba Hubbard
scratched replied to TheSpecialJuan's topic in Carolina Panthers
"Personally you could have let him walk and more then likely duplicated his overall production in the draft and just start again." This is what you said. My response is why start again? We just drafted Chubba 3 years ago, he is producing, and we got him at a good deal for right now. It also helps we have rookie RB on a rookie deal. So why would we draft another rookie? I'm confused... -

BREAKING:Panthers re-sign Chuba Hubbard

But why keep looking for those kinda guys when you have one on your team? You keep signing those guys and they dont pan out, what do you do then? Try again? and sign another one? -
We have a 1st year head coach, 2 guys on the OL still getting there feet wet. 2 1st yr receivers, one was signed off the practice squad, a 1st yr TE. We are still trying to make Ian Thomas work for some reason. Our defense is decimated by injuries. Now do I think BY is our QB, a big fat NO! But let’s be real, he didn’t play terrible today. Had a TD dropped and a nice completion ripped out of XL hands. What needs to happen next week is Canales needs to open the playbook and let BY go. Then we can start seeing if he is truly growing.
-
At least this assures us BY won’t start the rest of the season.

.. T.O first 2 mins of 2nd half. Embarrassing
-
He played in 8 games for SF.. Thats a small sample size to say he couldn't accel. He's 4-4 in those 8 games, then was injured. Him being traded had more to do with him not fitting Shanahans system and injuries then it did anything else.

Flyer on Trey Lance?

Ian Thomas should not see the field again!

What were your expectations for this season?

Late hit in Dalton not called, then Sanders get scared! Sanders hasn’t showed me very much! -
I'm guessing no news in good news?
-
Just to be clear… although I like Ewers, I once again will say, like I did before we drafted BY, if we have a top 3 pick, we trade back for additional picks.
-
It’s all coming together now. We draft Brooks and Sanders from Texas this year, and draft the Longhorns QB Ewers the following year! I see the plan now.
-
Why? What can Tepper do? Fire him?
-
Crazy to think we are to the point we are happy to have Andy Dalton as our starting QB. Don't get me wrong, I'm excited too!
-
Another poster mentions of it’s the goal of the team to win, then you have to bench Bryce!
-
Bryce has completed 31 passes for 245 yds this season. That is less then 8 yds a completion. No more excuses! He isn’t capable of being an NFL starting QB! Our offensive game plan and play calling are being dictated by a QB who is unable to make 50% of throws needed to be a starting NFL QB!! Absolutely ridiculous we have to watch this train wreck again!

Who are You Drafting with the #1 Pick of 2025???
scratched replied to Hoenheim's topic in Carolina Panthers
Once again, as I said before we drafted BY, we need to build the team before we take a chance on a 1st rd QB. We need to sign a solid veteran, and draft best player available. I think someone like Hunter should be who we target. If we have first pick, we can trade down and get him somewhere in top ten. WE NEED TALENT! AND LOTS OF IT! -
If you have season tickets, let me know what you want for that game. Thanks
-
How many tickets you got? My wife and son are somehow Cowboy fans, I’d thought about tickets to that game.

I'm not judging this season by wins and losses, we just need to pass the eye test. Just be a competitive team to watch, and not so predictable like we have been the last few seasons.
