NFL Team Tiers by EPA/play over the last 5 weeks
FuFuLamePoo replied to Sean Payton's Vicodin's topic in Carolina Panthers
That is pretty damning. No one expected this to be a playoffs or bust year, but it's reasonable to start seeing progress and momentum by the end of year two. Exact opposite is happening here. We're playing like the worst team in the NFL right now. Only teams we might have a chance to beat right now are Jaguars, Jets, and Texans imo. -
I think it all depends on what you will or won't settle with in terms of a young QB. There's at least a few solid NFL starters in this class. Think Derek Carr, Mac Jones tier type QBs. Players you can construct a winning team around but maybe never guys with top 5 potential. Pickett and Corral are at least interesting.

So put this in the draft forum homie lmao. I love draft talk as much as anyone just don’t see the point in talking about some day 3 linebacker in this forum lol. We shouldn’t be considering taking any linebacker until like round 5 at the earliest imo. The few assets we have should be poured into the offense

This definitely needed its own thread

Could this team beat the 2001 or 2010 teams?
FuFuLamePoo replied to KillerKat's topic in Carolina Panthers
The 2010 team is a tossup, would have like been a 10-7 game. 2001 no way. Not right now, at least. -
Almost like he wasn’t the problem

Let's say we make a change and fire Rhule
FuFuLamePoo replied to bobcat91's topic in Carolina Panthers
Nathaniel Hackett Jim Caldwell Byron Leftwich Doug Pederson Dan Quinn Joe Lombardi Mike LaFleur Greg Roman -
I am so nervous we are going to win one of these last two games, particularly next week.

What if Rhule hires NFL Coordinators and positions coaches?
FuFuLamePoo replied to Zod's topic in Carolina Panthers
None of them would take this job -
Christmas Updates: Tepper—you’re losing fans
FuFuLamePoo replied to davos's topic in Carolina Panthers
I never said you weren’t. I just don’t like how your family member mentioned sells all their tickets anyways, which probably end up in the hands of fans of opposing teams -
Christmas Updates: Tepper—you’re losing fans
FuFuLamePoo replied to davos's topic in Carolina Panthers
The freaking out is insane. They hired a bad coach. It happens. Every team has done it before as choosing coaches is largely a crapshoot. Just hope the next one they hire is good. -

Sorry, but good. Maybe the next owners of the seats will actually go to the games and cheer for the Panthers. -
ESPN suggests 2 QBs for 2022 for the Panthers...
FuFuLamePoo replied to musicman's topic in Carolina Panthers
Ticket sales will be fine, it’ll just be fans of other teams buying them all up -
With Rhule back he will know it’s playoffs or bust. I can’t imagine the impulsive decisions he may make as a Hail Mary to save his job going into next season
-
Lol we will trade a first for Carr. Watch
-
Also, we play the AFC North and NFC West next year. Every single one of those teams works us right now. Truly could be a 1-2 win team
-
Yeah - no candidate with even a sliver of promise should accept that job.
-
And good fuging luck bringing in a competent OC in year 3 of Matt Rhule
-
Lol he’s gonna come back isn’t he
-
I could see them trying to get someone like Trubisky, Minshew, Daniel J, Jimmy G…. Really think the best plan is to just build up the OL this year and try to position yourself for one of the QBs in 23. No way this team is competing next year.

Would not be a bad thing
