How about Wilkes as HC and Reich as OC?
-
Unless it is for OC, no thanks. Would love to have him in an admin/advisor role, though.
-
Not looking good for him. Maybe he really did have a poor interview.
-
They are going after someone that knows how to lead a team. Imagine that! The coordinators they hire will be a vital part of the success, obviously.
-
I actually like this idea. As I said, my ideal scenario at this point is HC Wilkes, OC Reich, and DC Fangio (though I realize he is less likely). Another awesome DC hire would be Evero if their new coach does not want him (also unlikely).
-
I agree, but I also think he should have to change his DC as well.

Wassup LG. Welcome in! You haven't missed much.
-
I heard this was coming. Good find!
-
In theory, it could help you get a little ahead of the game, but it does not seem to have helped us in our current situation.
-
Yeah, looking like trade up or AR15
-
Very cool. Those were my 4.
-
Which candidates would YOU interview in round two?

Really don't get all the Kafka love. What am I missing? -
Indeed. I’m willing to be patient to find the right fit.
-
Hope is alive! Lol
-
Not really. Average hire date is late Jan - early Feb. it feels long since we jumped the gun with Rhule last time.
-
So much for my Wilks, Reich, Fangio idea
-
Absolutely
-
IF Wilks is the hire, I would make Reich my OC. That way you get 2 solid HCs for the price of 1. Then add in Fangio as the DC. That is probably the strongest cast we have a shot at now.
-
The QB was not enough to win crucial games...and the 3rd string CB.
-
Like I said, don't give him a choice. New coordinators if you want the job.
-
No he's not. When has Wilks had even a decent QB? Never is the answer.
-
If that’s the case, it should be soon. If not, it may mean he likely winds up back in the studio.
-
Disregard- I saw your response earlier. It would be ironic.
-
Why? He is a good candidate and in 3-5 years he may surpass the others.
-
It was a respectable job, especially considering the circumstances. I mean, Sam Darnold was the QB and we traded away our best offensive weapon. We should have not won another game.
