  1. I have a sub and it’s well worth the price.
  2. Not really sure how to post this, but here is a sign: the intro video for Bryce looks like he is in a hive (Charlotte). Well, actually all the intros looked the same, but maybe it means something.
  3. If a team takes Levis before Stroud, they will be kicking themselves in a year or 2.
  4. Here is a spin… We will take Young at 1, and then Houston makes the call and we trade Young for 2/12 and take Stroud and JSN. Then take the best defensive player on the board at a position of need in at 39. BPA after that.
  5. I’m not reading this entire thread, but I heard the guy who owns the company say that all the top QBs from this class did well. Unless he lied, I’d take this with a grain of salt.
  6. 100%. Most agree that we are the best situation for a rookie QB to come into.
  7. I don’t agree with his assessment, though it’ll be interesting to see how these top 5 QBs wind up. Who knows? Hooker may wind up being the best of the bunch. I do think if he stays upright, Young will be a very good one, despite his limitations.
  8. I think he was rating them on a specific trait at that point, though I don’t remember which one.
  9. Let the dude get drafted first. One thing I can tell you about him, he would rather focus on preparing than interviewing for fluff pieces.
  10. I do not think that being slight makes someone more prone or less prone to concussions. I am more concerned about other types of injuries for Bryce. That said, he is the man now, so let's go!
  11. Yeah, Bryce could be our next franchise QB. It will be nice to hang onto. And I still like to have an occasional magazine to flip through and enjoy old-school style.
  12. Is the print version of SI out today?
  13. I’d give CJ bonus points for skipping the Manning self-love fest. Bunch of punks who forced their way out of SD and into NY. That’s a much bigger issue than not going to their camp.
  14. How will Bryce Young or CJ Stroud fit…whoops, wrong thread!
  15. Stroud did not do poorly according to the founder of the test. He said all the top QBs did well.
  16. I have been a Stroud guy during most of this process, but the thing that changed my mind on Young was this: my son is a smaller QB for his age, and I want him to have a role model who wears a Panthers jersey. Bryce seems like a good one to pattern your game after as a QB who is smaller in stature. I would still be excited about CJ, but the father in me wants Bryce.
  17. He studied Rodgers closely, so those comparisons make sense.
  18. I am convinced that either (a) Young is a lock to go 1 or (b) this is one of the biggest smokescreens in NFL Draft history.
  19. Struggles with down-the-field accuracy, but hopefully he will still come around to being a capable backup.
  20. They don't need a separate cap for QBs. Marginal QBs would then start holding out for more money. Plus, it would give teams with elite QBs an even bigger competitive advantage.
  21. “I think Bryce goes in the top two picks. Carolina or Houston pulls the trigger.” -His reply later
  22. https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/36167882/2023-nfl-draft-panthers-take-ohio-state-cj-stroud-alabama-bryce-young-no-1 some of Newton’s best work IMO
