Bryce has sucked a lot the last year and a half. Sunday he was very good against one of the best defenses in the NFL. I don’t know if it continues, but he was excellent in that game. If not for a drop or 2, he would have had 300+ and 2 TDs.
-
Let him play when he is 100% healthy. Still room to learn and improve.
-
He played well and I wasn’t expecting it. I’m still hesitant to say he is the future, though. He needs to show he can do this consistently.

Forget about Bryce, Dave Canales is who we should be talking about.
Wolfcop replied to Eazy-E's topic in Carolina Panthers
He had a perfect game plan today. If one or two of those field goals were TDs today, we come away with a win over KC, who has a very good defense. -
So far, this is Young’s best game.

Coker is inactive due to a quad injury. Disappointing. He is one of the few reasons to watch this season.

Prime WILL NOT Let Shedeur Or Hunter Go To A Sh*tshow Organization

Aren’t most teams drafting in the top 10 a train wreck? -
Bryce has made incremental steps in the right direction. He didn’t panic when pressured and made a few clutch completions and some nice runs. I still don’t think he will be the long term solution. I need to see him do something against good defenses, though the Giants aren’t a bad defense. OL and Chuba played great. Wonnum had a nice debut. The rookie pass catchers continue to improve, though there was a drop or 2. The defense as a whole performed better, though the G Men are not know for a good O. Hey, first 2-game win streak in 2 years, so I’ll take it. Schedule gets brutal after the break, so there probably aren’t many more wins left on the table.

What usually happens is that players go off against us in their revenge game and then do nothing for the rest of the season. I would expect something along those lines.

He has about the same impact on games as Brian Burns, for better or worse.

BREAKING:Panthers re-sign Chuba Hubbard
Wolfcop replied to TheSpecialJuan's topic in Carolina Panthers
Isn’t the 4th year voidable? Basically makes it a 3 year contract if so. I’m okay with this contract, especially since Hubbard stands for everything they want the culture to be. -
Tepper in Germany drinking and singing with fans
Wolfcop replied to raleigh-panther's topic in Carolina Panthers
Better than throwing them on fans I guess. -
If you don't want to get excited about Ward, don't watch his highlights. As the announcer just said, he does things that other quarterbacks don't. Not sure how that translates to the NFL, but he is intriguing.

I appreciate what Andy did for us to give a little excitement, but I’d rather go a different route.

Dan Graziano: Panthers will trade Diontae Johnson
Wolfcop replied to TheSpecialJuan's topic in Carolina Panthers
Maybe, but leaking they aren’t happy with him would seem to hurt their bargaining position. -
Yep, would love to keep him, but not with a poor attitude and many other needs on the roster.

Is that Canales throwing a drink on Tepper for ruining the franchise?

Jaycee Horn post game confrontation with Sean Payton
Wolfcop replied to Mr. Scot's topic in Carolina Panthers
Payton is a jerk and his teams play dirty, but you have to stop it. That’s how you “talk”. -
If you feel like one of the QBs have a chance to be the man, you have to keep swinging until you land a franchise signal caller. So far, I see the most potential in Sanders. Cam Ward is having a good year, but I haven’t seen him play since last season. Hopefully, both of them are viable options. Beck has good size, but doesn’t seem to have the special intangibles to me.

Coker gets open and has great hands and body control.
-
He gets a bye this year. Next year there needs to be significant improvement and hope with a new QB and an improved defense.
-
We are due for some good fortune in picking QBs. Whether it is this or luck with a mid-FA, we are due.
