    Nothing he did yesterday should have anyone thinking he may be a preseason warrior. He “dropped” a really tough grab, was wide open in the end zone (Darnold missed), showed decent YAC on a quick hitter. He is only going to improve.

    I don't know if it was just the number switch or what, but he looked like a different player out there today. I've been just as tough on him but I'm hoping today was a sign of things to come.

    This is a really bad take. He’s one of the best QBs in the league and has been so for the past decade despite being in a miserable franchise.

    Yeah. So glad we got Sam Darnold instead. I’m sure the Rams were locked in to Darnold if the Stafford deal were to have fallen through.
