Honestly, DG said he would not speak of Hardy till he was off the list. With the speed of the NFL Hardy may be on that damn list another year. The NFL has lost in court every time they punish AP yet they keep him on the list. This means until the NFL gets off there high horse and learns they dont make labor laws this is going to be a long process. IMO Hardy is screwed but its not because of the Panthers, its because he might not even make it to training camp on time because he will still be on THE LIST!

No doubt he is a good KR/PR guy that adds speed. Still he is not the only guy out there and players like Jocoby Jones and CJ spiller can do just as well in that department. Hell maybe Spiller wants to come home.

I cant fault him for taking more money if Cleveland gives it to him. I like Ginn with Cam but its not like Ginn didnt have his share of drops.

It would be in Ginns interest to return. He will still get paid by AZ and he will have a QB that makes him look good. Win/Win if you ask me.

Don't expect it from hardy. He is in no way a diva that Smith and Dwill are. Washed up players have nothing more than bitterness to hold on to.

Really fell out of love with Dwill at the end. Too many players were content with doing the bear minimum and getting paid for it. Hope he finds another team but at this point he is a bench warmer at best.

Although this year may not be a great year to improve OT its a great year to improve WR and TE. Moore,Tate, maybe Ginn, and cecil shorts could all be had for a resnalble amount. On the TE side you have Jordan Cameron, Vergil Green,and Owen Daniels. Add that to one of the better drafts for WR and we might be able to fix a long time problem in a year.

It was a hearing but due to NC law they make you go though a judge to get to a jury trial. Its your constitutional right to have a jury trial before you can be convicted so thus its a hearing. Hardy was never found guilty by a jury so he was never guilty

Yet this is what the NFL is still trying to do. Honestly how do you suspend a player for doing all the right things and what door does that open. What next? Girl says she is raped, its proven she was not, Player get suspended 12 games because it was bad PR? Every bad PR thing that happens to a player cant end in suspension and a fine. Honestly, the NFL needs to let these guys go with a slap and what was already done, then set up hardline rules for anyone else that violates them.
