Yes but the wear and tear factor of artificial turf can't be ignored. Both were non contact injuries coming from two weeks on turf. Not to mention multiple groin pulls as well which are minor but are also non contact injuries.

I know we all have been digesting losing two key players today but no one has really talked about this. Studies have shown both hamstring and foot injuries happen more on artificial turf than natural. I understand Teppers want to change because of many factors but he might have just caused us to see increased injuries as well as being really poor for the environment as well. Either way I just wanted to open a discussion about this.

Typical RB lifespan is 5 years. With that said a bad hammy is a chronic issue. We should be a lot more worried about JC Horn. Non contact broken feet are normally chronic.

Unfortunately that doesn't really matter either way. That's a injury that can be chronic.

Let's hope not because that's a injury that becomes chronic just like with Olson. To be that young too.

Losing players sucks but honestly it part of the game especially when Thursday nights were introduced. Sucks losing two really good players but it's next man up. Got to win no matter the problems.

They were not dominant. They got away with all kinds of crap all year because Manning was going to get another ring. The bigger Sam gets the better our chances.
