There's no denying he's the best QB we have had since Cam. I'm not a huge fan of his school yard playing style but he can play QB and if CMC can stay healthy for a season he and Baker will make a pretty dangerous duo.

Just making excuses. Especially for Moore because Dak is more erratic than Mayfield. Moore has spent many an hour hiding him in that offense with his schemes. Brady is a old man and Leftwitch has done a really good job limiting his downfalls while maximizing his abilities. Now if you want to talk about useless OCs look no further than Aaron Rodgers OC. That's about the only OC that gets a free ride.

I wouldn't mind Payton as a coach. We could do a bunch worse.

Andy Reid would have gotten it done. Still he's a HOF coach and OC. Yes talent matters in the NFL but great OCs get it done without superstars. It just gets better when they have them. Probably the best example is New Orleans. No Drew Brees no problem. Payton schemes around it. The team isn't as great but they win because their coach is a great OC. If you gave Payton Darnald he would have had a run first team and limited snaps. Brady on the other hand thought he could scheme his way to Darnald being a great passer. With a terrible line and no one behind McCaffrey.

Define what good is? Yes he's better than a Joe Brady. No he's not as good as Leftwitch or Kellen Moore.
