    The way you win is finding experience and creating a good FO. That went out the window when he let Rhule have full control. JR built a great FO but just had terrible choices for GMs. That's been proven with what the Bills put together with our former coaches and staff. Tepper needs to let Fitt be a GM and a HC be a head coach. The rest will fall in place.

    The NFL experience he got wasn't the greatest. And I say that really liking Wilks and McAdoo as people.

    Like I said before. At some point this season tepper needs to dump Snow and Rhule. Let McAdoo run the offense and Wilks the defense. At the end of the season evaluate everything. This team has to move on from this college show.

    Just cause you have money doesn't make you greedy. Just cause you don't have money doesn't make you giving either. Either way he's definitely hard headed and doesn't like to admit he's wrong. We're about to see how far his narcissistic traits run as well. Because keeping Rhule the fool is looking more and more foolish.

    That's what happens when you have NFL experience. Our roster isn't terrible but our coaching is.

    This is not a popular opinion but by the numbers if we don't do better. This game could be a blowout and not the good kind. Joe Judge isn't around anymore and we couldn't even beat him.

    Yeah I wanted someone more local for the exact reasons that are happening right now. Tepper wasn't very much liked in Pittsburgh and rubbed people the wrong way. He's doing the same here.

    I doubt it will jump drastically because we are not a great defense in any situation but it might be better than game 1.

    I'm not sure how bad we need to look.

    Well in the New NFL where contact at practice is almost zero it does get better on average after 2 or 3 weeks. I'm not saying we will see a huge jump but getting back to football will have slight improvements. I do miss the days when you could have a full week of padded practice though. Made defenses tough and nasty.

    Teppper reminds me of Joe Biden. Incompetence all around and he is just oblivious to it.

    He's not too short but he did face two of the best DEs in the game. When you have two Peppers on both edges batted balls are going to happen in the WCO.

    My point is we should have been in the basics in TC not second week of the season.

    I was a bit concerning when they didn't have some sort of success on the first drive. That drive is scripted and shows a bit of how bad we have it in the coaching department. Everyone knows Baker didn't have a full offseason with us but that should have been known. Same for the defense. Did they watch any tape?

    Exactly players talk and we are considered toxic right now. It's why no respectable coordinators or coaches want anything to do with us.

    It's more coaching than anything imo. This team is bunk under Rhule.

    Yeah we all saw this. Poor coaching right there.

    No longer? It's always been that way. Al Davis use to water the field and pay off refs back in the 70s and Jerry Jones had no problem in the 90s give refs a little cash.

    But do they know the process and can they see it? Honestly though if I'm a NFL player and Matt Rhule comes calling its a big no for me dog.
