The problem is both QB and coaching. The solution is better coaching and a new QB.

And he never will be because he doesn't care about the NFL. The NFL knew they could poo on JR because they have been doing it his entire time as Panthers owner. Most owners would have burned down the NFL after getting shafted out of two SBs. Not JR he just loved the NFL that much.

I could see a team like Baltimore or GB doing it but idk their cap space.

I like Shaq but that hurney deal is going to end in being cut. We could easily replace his production with a younger player.

The only two I see that way is Robbie Anderson and Baker Mayfield. Other than that it's disappointment not collecting checks. We def need a new strong coach though.

I'm going to disagree. I think coaching or lack thereof is 99% of this teams problems. Move Chinn to SS, keep Luvu, keep Burns, Horn, and Jackson are all solid. Offensively it's 70% coaching and 30% QB play. We can keep icky, Moton, BC, CMC, and DJ. With a QB and a FA addition of a TE who is a pass catcher we could be a. 500 team our first year. Of course we need to keep building but we have a good core built right now.

Moton and DJ would be tough unless we really don't think we can compete for another 4 years. Shaq and Robbies contracts were desired to end next year. Both will not be on this team.

If tepper is Smart he will open the purse to Harbaugh or Payton this offseason. Not my choice in people but it would instantly correct the negative vibe around this team.

I'm not really sure. Fields looks like he doesn't have really good field vision and has poor decision making. I'm really shocked saying this because at OSU he managed a game really well. I guess time will tell. Horn was definitely a safe choice and he might be a great player after a slow start. His tackling and blitzing ability give me hope.

Baker and Kyler both won at the college level. Even dominated. Just goes to show how hard it is to be a NFL QB.

That's the reason Can Newton was a MVP and Baker isn't even a starter. Cam worked harder than 99% of NFL players. If Rhule had any clue he would have rode with Cam and drafted a QB. Or multiple QBs and he would still not done as bad as what we have now.

Millennials are never wrong. It's always someone else's fault. Someone else isn't pulling their weight. It's the biggest bit of rubbish of this generation. Just except you suck and either move on or get better. I can promise you that the fans are not the problem.
