    What Fitters does moving forward is more important. We need talent and franchise players. I'm not really sure how he's going to go get that with Rhule having total control and running a college program.

    His contract is brutal and any respectable GM would have balked at it. Either way Tepper just needs to take the spanking and move on.

    I mean you can't really blame people. Really what has this coaching staff done to prove we are moving forward. They def could have bought themselves more time by drafting a QB and building an offense that was capable of putting up more than 10 points.

    Not just Tepper. He was the hottest coaching prospect of that year.

    Yeah this team isn't a scapegoat away from saving their jobs. Rhule might get another year but I'm leaning to if we don't finish strong he might be gone this season. We haven't shown in two years that we are improving in the slightest way.

    I imagine at the owners meeting he's going to be laughed at quiet a bit. I mean how many times has Rivera and Rhule embarrassed him? I mean I don't see a guy with Brass Balls selling the team. I also don't see him losing for too long either.

    Unfortunately for this franchise to move forward we will eventually have to move on from Cam. In this coaching desperation they brought him back but it only goes further to prove just how bad our coaching is.

    Indeed. Hopefully Tepper cuts his losses after this season.

    The thing is that you can pay the money but he has to be the right guy. He let Hurney choose the guy and I'm afraid he chose wrong. We grabbed every high profile name there was but this is the results. Still I feel Tepper will learn and no doubt cut his losses and move on.

    Yeah coaching is the main problem. I was worried about the entire college coaching staff and well here we are.
