I wonder if we are able to nab any of the two top pass rushers(assuming they fall)we might be able to trade Burns to move back into the first round for an OL.

Our best hope is to keep drafting rookie QBs till we get our guy.

Pretty much my mindset. I’ve seen this team lose more than win so more of the same is hardly debilitating.

Looking at what guys like Gallup and Kirk got I’m starting to think DJ is as good as gone….

The key difference is they took less time to figure it out compared to Pickett’s four years and they were younger when they did. Pickett could easily be 3 to 4 years older than his peers compared to Cam and Burrow, on top of the fact he is in the ACC which can’t compare to the SEC. Im sure it’s these flags that make him one of the reasons this QB class is considered very weak since Pickett is still considered the best of the bunch.

As previously mentioned, why did it take till his 5th year(4th year of a starter) to put in these numbers at an age where he is way older than his peers and competition. His prior years he did little to write home about. Maybe he just figured it out but I wouldn’t come close to comparing him to other one year wonders like Burrow and Cam. Pickett: Burrow: Cam:

If it leads us to our Kyler Murray or maybe even *knock on wood* Cam 2.0 then why not?

Three first round picks is nuts. Especially since we are far from being a complete team.

I don’t care if we draft Pickett since when Rhule gets fired the new guy is gonna want his guy, especially if we are picking top 10 again…

Tepper is the real clown. Rhule will do whatever it takes to stay employed. Tepper needs to man up and take the L.

I'm all for taking a rookie QB but its just that there is a good chance we are picking top 10 next season and if that happens then it won't be with this regime and the new guy will want his guy...
