  1. Hate to be boring but I’d probably want to trade down and go BPA. We have so many holes and are still a ways from being a contender. No sense reaching for a position of need
  2. Biased? Most definitely. But I still think Luke was the best off ball linebacker almost every year he played. And at worst was maybe top three or four. Don’t know you could say that of many of the other names on the list though I like a lot of them…except manning.
  3. side note: looking at the list of potential players, it is bananas if he doesn’t get in. But Panthers are always getting screwed.
  4. Isn’t he listed as one of the 25 modern era players still in the running? The article says: ”The Pro Football Hall of Fame has its finalists for the seniors, coach and contributor part of the Class of 2025, but it still needs to decide the finalist for the modern-era players. The 25 players who are in the running to make the Hall of Fame are quarterback Eli Manning; running backs Fred Taylor and Ricky Watters; wide receivers Anquan Boldin, Torry Holt, Steve Smith Sr., Hines Ward and Reggie Wayne; tight end Antonio Gates; offensive linemen Willie Anderson, Jahri Evans, Richmond Webb, Steve Wisniewski and Marshal Yanda; defensive backs Eric Allen, Rodney Harrison, Earl Thomas and Darren Woodson; linebackers James Harrison, Luke Kuechly and Terrell Suggs; defensive linemen Jared Allen, Robert Mathis and Vince Wilfork; and kicker Adam Vinatieri.”
  5. This. The best way to stop the run is to compel them to pass.
  6. Hope he works out. I liked him. I always felt like he had potential but never quite got there.
  7. Solid, low stakes signing. I like it well enough. My questions about rub are 1. Does Chuba have any trade value? (Probs not, but more than sanders. Maybe we could get another 5th) 2. Does Tarik Cohen have a shot making the team given the new kickoff rules? I can’t imagine he’s still got it and doubt he makes the team, but with the new kickoff rules, maybe he has the inside track against some of these other backs. regardless, it will be a fun TC battle to watch (or would be if stepper let us watch)
  8. 32 Jackson powers Johnson (c) 46 Adonai Mitchell(wr) 72 Payton Willis (lb) 101 Ja’Tavion Sanders(te) Not sure after that
  9. I love his hands and catch radius, but watching him run reminds me of Ian Thomas. dude is not light on his feet.
  10. Same. I honestly like the top three centers over most of the WR’s and I think it’s a bigger need.
  11. Yes. Extremely. And none have been taken yet.
  12. Verse finally taken. Great value there. And good for us.
  13. At this rate I think we hold on to 33 but maybe trade down 39
  14. Could Barton or Wiggins fall to us? I feel WR is the biggest need but there might be better value elsewhere the way this is going.
  15. FACT: I’m a Carolina Panther fan because panthers are awesome. When I was four-years-old I went to the zoo and saw a panther fight a normal ol’ leopard. I thought it was the coolest thing I had ever seen. that point on panthers were my favorite animal. That same year, the nfl got two new expansion teams: the jaguars and the panthers and I swore my undying allegiance to the Panthers. 30 years later I’m still a fan.
  16. Thanks for posting this. It’s nice break from everything else getting posted here.
  17. No one ever got wet being that close to Tepper.
