Will McClay, after taking over drafting from Jerry and Steven Jones, has the second most of all pros of any head of scouting. If this team is to rebuild, it will have to do it through the draft. This man is the best scout in the league behind Howie Roseman and it would be a shame to get someone else. The best thing about this man is he hits on his LATE picks, which the Panthers have honestly never done.
