  1. We like having a RT at both our LT and RT spots. Helps the run game, helps our running QB, and helps Shula/Cam get the ball out quicker on pass plays for 2014, we moved a meh RT in Bell to LT for 2015, we have at least three options at LT: move a RT that was a worse RT than Bell to LT (Oher) move a RT that was a better RT than Oher to LT (Remmers) move a stud RT prospect in Daryl Williams to LT won't be surprised if Williams wins. He's more athletic than Oher is now in his old age. Oher was a good prospect back in the day because of his athleticism (and it allowed him to do well as a rookie), but as Oher lost a step and his athleticism declined, he got worse and worse because his technique sucks and he doesn't take well to coaching Williams is a better athlete than Oher now and apparently takes to coaching better (at Oklahoma at least). Of the RTs we are looking at for our LT spot (Oher, Remmers, Williams), Williams should win the spot. And don't count out young Martin. We didn't know we could get him when we got Oher. Gettleman might very well have wanted Martin over Oher in the 1st place
  2. probably based on how both Oher and Remmers played RT for the last few years and Remmers did better (although Remmers had much more limited starts so a smaller sample size)
  3. speaking of genuises, you're really screwing both Gettleman and Mayo over here by predicting that Mayo is going to be a stud in the NFL and that everyone who thought otherwise is going to have to eat crow (there will be future stud starters we could have taken instead of Mayo, there always are) let's be realistic. NFL special teams captain and reserve LB Jason Trusnik is getting old. He turns 31 next month and we only have him on a 1 year deal, $665,000 cap hit, $80,000 guaranteed. We need to find a replacement. Enter David Mayo. It's a realistic expectation that Mayo might end up as good as Jason Trusnik, that's what we are hoping (fingers crossed). If he turns out to be even better, then awesome of course. Bring the:
  4. well the Fight of the Century got completely showed up by the epic Spurs vs. Clippers Game 7 where Chris Paul had 27 points, including the game-winning shot
  5. Kevin Baxter @ kbaxter11 now Mayweather's post-fight interview is interrupted by boos
  6. Kevin Baxter @ kbaxter11 3s That is NOT a popular call in this arena. Pacquiao is in his corner grinning, as if he still can't believe it.
  7. SHOWTIME SPORTS @ SHOsports 38s With scores of 118-110, 116-112 x 2, Floyd Mayweather is 48-0.
  8. Kevin Baxter @ kbaxter11 2m It may be too close to call. The last 3 minutes -- obviously -- will decided everything. Kevin Baxter @ kbaxter11 2m A half-minute into the final round and Mayweather remains patient His corner must figure he has it won
  9. Ryan Songalia @ ryansongalia 2m Question is, how will the three judges score Pacquiao's aggression? Mayweather lands a counter right as he dances away
  10. SHOWTIME SPORTS @ SHOsports 46s Neither fighter did much in round 10
  11. Mike Tyson @ MikeTyson 8s These last two rounds will decide the winner.
  12. Perez Hilton @ PerezHilton 1m Beyonce's face says it all!
  13. Rappler @ rapplerdotcom 49s Blood from Mayweather's lip as he's knocked back by another left from Pacquiao in round 7.
  14. Ryan Songalia @ ryansongalia 48s Floyd comes out aggressively in round 7
