You can say that. I can say that Lebron / Pippen / Rodman / Kerr would have swept all 6 NBA Finals Jordan was in. You can't prove either of them. I'm not a huge Lebron fan, it just frustrates me that the best player of this generation is hated so much for no reason (besides the regurgitated hot takes courtesy of skip bayless and first take) while Jordan is venerated as some god who won all his titles completely on his own.

Even Mark Cuban said that Lebron did what he was supposed to do in the 4th, find the open man. His teammates didn't make the shots. He could have played better, thats for sure, but its ridiculous to think that he is the reason they lost.

I'm not making excuses at all. I'm just saying that people poo on Lebron for losing finals when its two times (07 and this year) been him vs the best team in the west. The Warriors deserved the win as much as the Spurs in 07, the Spurs in 13, and the Mavs in 11. Personally, I think the Cavs win that series if Love and Irving stay healthy. Doesn't matter though, because it didn't happen. The Cavs will be in the top 3 in the EC again this year, and will probably make the Finals.

true, his jumper is the weakest part of his game when he isn't on fire, but considering he was on the floor almost all game every game, and that the offense ran almost entirely through him, he couldn't bring it to the rack every time. and considering that JR smith and Dellavadova couldnt buy a shot throughout most of the finals, the Warriors were able to provide help defense whenever Lebron had the ball.

i dont remember who was open on that play but regardless it wasnt a great pass by Cam anyway. my point is that for an INT, the one to Sherman wasn't terrible because it was far downfield vs in our own half. i would like to see Cam's decision making improve this season, and I'm hoping the OL and added weapons will allow him to improve accuracy and decision making.

MJ had incredible amounts of help in all of his Finals. HOF in Scottie Pippen, great 3pt shooter in Steve Kerr (who won them one series), arguably one of the greatest rebounders and defenders in nutcase Dennis Rodman. Give Lebron a healthy Dwyane Wade and he wins the finals against the Mavs and Spurs (not the 2007 one though). Also, Iguodala and Leonard won the MVPs because they contained Lebron, not because they exploded for points and rebounds or outplayed him, because they kept him from dropping 40 and a triple double each game. Lebron could not have done more to win the Finals this year against an incredibly good Warriors team.

3rd and 4 at our own 19. Unlikely that drive turns into a TD. And I would rather have Cam take shots deep downfield than dink and dunk.

the first Cam interception was basically a punt so I wouldnt be worried about it. Luke Wilson tore our D up and the 3rd down defense was abysmal, but besides that it was a good game. Dickson still should have came back to the ball on that Chancellor INT and might have had a chance to break it up.

Went to the game tonight. One of the best games I've been to. Rodriguez looked fantastic, Papi was in 2004 form, and the middle of the lineup battered the Tigers pitching. Some concern for Brock Holt, looked like he tweaked his knee in the first inning and left in the 6th due to it.

Star has a 5th year option. Norman has a half-season of dominant corner play to negotiate with (depending on how this year goes) and Alexander has nothing to hold over us unless he balls out and has like 15 sacks this year. Luke and Short's deal would be the next two deals I would guess are finalized.

play all 3? vidal is a younger and arguably better option than santi and definitely better than coquelin. but given arsenals trouble with injuries (esp to wilshere), why not add vidal? at the least it gives you depth in cup competitions.

Looks like Vidal to Bayern. Man that midfield is godly. And once again Arsenal passes up on a great player. Guess Wenger enjoys finishing 4th each year.

i dont see a problem with participation trophies for kids younger than 10-11 or so. after that, only winners should receive trophies and only kids who are interested in continuing further into whatever sport they are playing should play.
